To my sister 💞

While you existed without me, I’ve never existed without you. I don’t know life without a sister and more importantly I don’t know life without you. You have been my sounding board, my biggest supporter, and advocate. I’m happy to witness your growth in areas that don’t show up physically. I love you and I’m so proud of you! Happy Birthday sister , I hope this year is more than you asked for 💞

Also, only you would understand the reference on the sound that I use for this post. This is what our mornings sounded like everyday.

1 Year of Marriage Lessons:

Marriage is about the attention to DETAILS.
Never leave things to chance, be INTENTIONAL.
Building together is FUN, when you have a GREAT PARTNER.

Thank you for saying yes 💍.
To forever more, Cheers 🥂 my love 🤎, @mrscleob. #weddinganniversary

For anyone who is in the thick of their vision right now and can’t see the progression yet… this is for you. 🤎

How it started:

4 years ago, I became a passionate licensed esthetician and CIDESCO Diplomat. I rented my own suite, built my clientele from the ground up, paid for my inventory and overhead, and learned very quickly that in the beginning, you’re not always making a profit. Sometimes you’re just breaking even and keeping things moving. 😂

Things will not always look the way you imagined when you first start. But to even have the courage to START is a huge deal.

I was blessed to have my immediate family and my now husband in my corner, constantly encouraging me and helping wherever they could. Having people who believe in your vision while you’re still building it is EVERYTHING.

With time, consistency, God, and a fiery passion for what I was doing, things started trending upward.

How it continued:

My vision was never to just sit on a stool and treat skin. I always wanted to EDUCATE.
So I used every client appointment as an opportunity to teach. Ask my clients , you were getting a facial AND a mini masterclass every time. 😂

I started sharing those educational tidbits on LinkedIn, and that seemingly small decision opened doors I could have never planned for.

I connected with incredible people within the CIDESCO network, trained with Vanda Skin, became a Micro Hydra Lift educator, was invited to showcase the treatment at the USA MedTech Symposium, became the face and eventually the Lead Trainer for the treatment in the USA, assisted with curriculum and protocol development, and began educating estheticians, spa franchises, solo estheticians, and future professionals.

One treatment turned into education.
Education turned into relationships.
Relationships turned into opportunities.
And opportunities turned into EXPANSION.

How it’s going:

Now look at this space.

4 years ago, I was doing this ALONE.

Today, I have an incredible team of CIDESCO Diplomats who sought me out, believed in what I was building, and decided to BUILD WITH ME.

There comes a moment when you stop surviving… and start becoming.

Welcome to You’re The Katch Podcast. 🤍✨

This isn’t just another podcast it’s a safe space for honest conversations about faith, healing, purpose, relationships, mental health, self-worth, career, motherhood, and navigating the seasons of life that nobody prepares us for.

I’m your host, Dianja Williams, and if you’ve ever felt stuck, overlooked, burned out, uncertain, or like you’re carrying the weight of the world while still showing up for everyone else… you’re in the right place.

Around here, we’ll laugh, reflect, grow, pray, heal, and remind one another that becoming the woman God created you to be isn’t about perfection it’s about progress.

My prayer is that every episode leaves you feeling seen, encouraged, challenged, and a little closer to the woman you’re meant to become.

🎙️ New episodes drop every Thursday! Whether you’re driving to work, on your morning walk, cleaning the house, or winding down after a long day, I hope you’ll pull up a seat and join me.
