Your instructor’s teaching style… but make it a playlist 🎧😂

Did we nail these or did we do someone dirty? 👀

What would YOUR song be? 🎶

✨ SPECIAL ANNOUCEMENT✨

The Leo Trio is back together!!♌️✨

I am SO excited to officially welcome Eva and Katie to the Choose & Move team 🤍

Many of you already know these two incredible humans from our time working together, and I know so many of you are going to be just as excited as I am to have the three of us back together again.

We’ve always made such a great team so it felt so natural to bring this same energy into Choose & Move.

The three of us share such a passion for creating a space where people feel supported, challenged, and connected and I cannot wait to continue building this community alongside them.

Eva will be teaching Mondays at 9:30 AM starting August 3rd ✨

Katie will be joining us Thursdays at 9:30 AM later this August (exact date coming soon!) ✨

This next chapter feels so exciting, and I’m beyond grateful for the people who continue to show up and help this dream grow. Choose & Move is growing, and I can’t wait for all that’s ahead 🤍

Welcome to the team, Eva & Katie!

Motherhood is a constant balance of adapting, grounding, and growing, which is why the three pillars of Pvolve feel so aligned with the experience itself.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Motherhood asks you to become an anchor, emotionally, mentally, and physically. It’s the quiet resilience of holding everything together through sleepless nights, shifting identities, and the daily demands of caring for others. In movement, stability is what protects and supports the body. In motherhood, it’s the steady presence that creates safety, trust, and home.

𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁
No stage of motherhood stays the same for long. From pregnancy to postpartum to every evolving season after, mothers are constantly learning how to move with change instead of against it. Mobility is flexibility; not just in the body, but in mindset and expectations. It’s the grace to pivot, soften, and grow through transition.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵
Not just physical strength, but emotional endurance, patience, intuition, and courage. Motherhood builds a kind of strength that often goes unseen - the strength to keep showing up, to nurture while evolving yourself, and to carry both joy and challenge at the same time. True strength isn’t rigidity; it’s supported by stability and made sustainable through mobility.

Together, these three pillars reflect what motherhood really is: rooted enough to support others, flexible enough to evolve, and strong enough to rise through every season.

To all the moms of Pvolve, 𝑯𝑨𝑷𝑷𝒀 𝑴𝑶𝑻𝑯𝑬𝑹’𝑺 𝑫𝑨𝒀 🤍

8 seconds in the “Real World” is clearly not the same when it comes to 8 seconds in class, according to our instructors… hehehe 🤭

Let’s be honest, why count fast when you can count sloooooow and feel the burn? 😉🔥
