What a fantastic experience taking part in Oxfordshire Artweeks this year. The official trail guide was superb for visitors, and the promotional support throughout the festival was excellent. A huge thank you to the hosts @old_skool_pottery @clairerowanlewis at the Old School Art Collective for creating such a special venue. The building itself — once an old school — added so much character and history to the event. One of the highlights was meeting two lovely ladies who told me they had actually studied there when they were young. Moments like that made the whole experience even more meaningful. We loved welcoming so many visitors, sharing the stories behind our artwork, and having such inspiring conversations along the way. Although our exhibition has now finished, the festival continues across West Oxfordshire until May 25, with many wonderful venues and artists still to explore. Oxfordshire Artweeks is the UK’s oldest and biggest open studios and pop-up exhibition festival, with more than 1,000 artists opening their studios and exhibition spaces across the county every May, attracting over 100,000 visitors each year. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported local artists, and made the event so memorable. #OxfordshireArtweeks #OldSchoolArtCollective #Artweeks #OpenStudios #LocalArtists ContemporaryArt Oxfordshire WestOxfordshire ArtCommunity
