Are you ready for some….. BASKETBALL? As I stood inside the visiting teams press conference room at the United Center, I could hardly believe how good God has been to me. Blessing me with the opportunity to work with my third professional sports team in my home city. First Chicago Bears, then the Chicago Cubs. And so,I’d like to officially announce that I have been selected to be the Co-Chaplain of our very on Chicago Bulls! What a thrill to be able to serve, pour into, mentor, and lead these young men who have tremendous influence and a tremendous platform. To God be the glory!!

These photos don’t represent everybody… Didn’t have enough room, but wanted to put this out here today to say these people REPRESENT my reasons to live…. And to die! They are my why. Why I push, and press, and grind, and do the things I do. May I make sure that while I’m doing all those other things, I am making time to spend with the reason why I do what I do and I am who I am. What’s your why today? WELCOME DELILAH!! You have become a big part of my why!!!

SATURDAY LOVE: My Saturday was filled with sisterhood, community, connection, and a good time! 💕✨ I was happy to spend the day supporting women at the AIM “BECOMING HER” luncheon, where Michelle brought together an amazing panel featuring my girlies @susu44 and @mybrooke the lovely @msdana4hair and @mrsmahm , Founder of @aimarriagesinc and a Founding Advisory Board Member of @thenationalfootballwives , created a beautiful space for women to connect, be inspired, and celebrate becoming HER. Then I ended up at the @midnightgreenclub Soirée, connecting with other Black professionals who share a love for golf. My golf journey is just beginning, but I’m always here for building community! ⛳️🏌🏽‍♀️ Thank you to Michelle and @amberroxie of @stapledevents for an amazing luncheon for women, and to @doddgolfs of Midnight Green Golf Club for curating a space for golf lovers especially us newbies LOL! My Saturday was complete—and a good time was had! 🥂#ArielDeNey #HustleMommies #Blackgolfers #BecomingHER #fyp

CHICAGO! Join me as I host the second installment of Becoming HER: Mastering the Woman within. How many times have you said “I’m good” when you were exhausted? How many times have you put what you want on hold because somebody needed you? We can get so used to being the wife, the mom, the friend, the business owner, the one who handles everything, that we forget to ask ourselves who we are and what we need. I want us to have an honest conversation about that. We’ll hear from women on our panel about what it looks like to find your way back to yourself, and @mrsmahm will give our keynote. There will be food, drinks, and time to connect without having to pretend you have it all figured out. We’ll also have a Small Business Marketplace, and we still have spaces available. If you own a small business and want to join us, DM me for details. 📍 Row 24, Chicago 🗓 Saturday, October 10 | 1–4 PM I’d love to see you there. 🤎

The night called for matching pajamas, late-night laughs, and nowhere else to be. ✨ Fancy Homebody brought the cozy to our Founders Summit pajama party with the softest sets for the sweetest night in. Thank you for making this Jamaica memory even more special.

Yoga in Jamaica, but make it Momi Brand. 🎀✨ Our pink bow sets were soft, flattering, and easily the cutest way to flow through our Founders Summit session. Thank you, Momi Brand, for outfitting our founders and understanding that activewear should always be this good.
