A little Korean Lash Lift with me 🤍

Using the new GEN range from Pimp My Lashes for this set. I love how the lashes look so lifted and defined while still keeping that soft, natural finish.

Would you choose a Korean lash lift over extensions? xx

A year from now, I hope I’m proud of the girl who kept going when nobody could see what she was building.

Quietly working. Quietly growing. Quietly becoming her.

I’m not there yet, but I believe I will be. 🤍

A little throwback from the archives. 🤍

Last year’s photoshoot with the lovely Kate at Cloud Studio in Pangbourne, a moment from my old Instagram that I’m bringing back as I rebuild my little corner of the internet.

If you’re new here, I’m Maya, the face behind MG Beauty Studio. A lash artist, a mum, and a small business owner building something that means so much more to me than just beauty.

My studio is tucked away in the heart of Purley on Thames, surrounded by beautiful fields, peaceful countryside and little paths leading down to the River Thames. 🌿 It’s a place I love, and I wanted my studio to reflect that feeling, a little escape from everyday life, where you can feel comfortable, switch off and take some time for yourself.

I’ve put so much of myself into building this business, and even though losing my old social media accounts meant starting again from zero, I’m still here, still creating, still learning and still chasing the things I dream of.

So, if you’re new here, welcome to my little world. And if you’ve been here before, thank you for finding me again. 🫶🏻

They thought I’d give up?

Honestly, life hasn’t always gone the way I planned. I’ve had to start over more times than I can count, figure things out as I go and pick myself up when things didn’t work out.

But that’s life, isn’t it? Sometimes you lose things, sometimes plans fall apart, and sometimes you just have to take a deep breath and start again.

I’m still figuring it all out, still learning and still working towards the life I want. And even when things get hard, giving up on myself just isn’t an option.

So here’s to starting over, taking chances and proving to yourself that you can do hard things. 🤍

If you’re starting over too, you’re not alone. We’ve got this. 🫶🏻

Imagine being scared to post because someone might think you’re cringe…

Girl, they’re probably scrolling while eating cereal. 🤪🤪

Be cringe. Post it anyway. 🤍

I don’t think you realise how attached you become to something you’ve spent years building until it’s suddenly gone.

It’s been a strange feeling - part frustration, part sadness, but also a reminder that I’m capable of starting again.

I’ve had moments of thinking, “Do I really have the energy to rebuild all of this?”

But then I remember why I started in the first place. 🤍

So here we are… starting again, one post, one client and one little step at a time.

If you’re starting over with something too, I hope this reminds you that starting from zero doesn’t mean you’ve lost everything.

Sometimes you’re just building again with more experience than you had the first time.

“Hello, It’s me !”🩷

W zeszłym tygodniu wydarzyło się coś, z czego byłam naprawdę ogromnie dumna - zostałam częścią Pimp My Lashes Ambassador Team🧸

Zostały zhakowane, a później trwale wyłączone.

Szczególnie chciałabym podziękować cudownym dziewczynom z Pimp My Lashes Ambassador Team. 🥹🩷

New account. Same Maya. Same passion. New chapter…

Not every bride chooses a white dress and a soft makeup look 😊 Dorotka chose something different , a unique gown and defined eye. And it was the perfect look for her👰💚 Because bridal beauty has no rules 🤍
