DAY ONE of my 30 days to healthy living this month! Pretty uneventful - no crazy cravings, highs or lows (yet), I did get super bloated from the amt of quinoa I consumed so I'll cut back or replace with rice today. Did 45 minutes of outdoor walking, played with the ducks etc for fresh fun time air. Podcast for learning and expanding my brain. Excited to see how day 2 treats me! If you're also doing Arbonne's 30 day Gut Reset program I'd love to hear and see what your days look like!

My one healthy habit I maintained over the holidays! I'm grateful for so many things in my life but when it comes to my health, this drink is my number one. Finally finding clean, vegan supplements that work has been life saving for my body + my mental health. Something I so desperately needed - but didn't know to what extent. I ate the cookies, the desserts, all the chocolate but maintained my green glow drink + afternoon fizz routine and I know it helped my stomach through it all. Grateful + Thankful for health this year. What are you grateful for in 2022? Health or otherwise?

Energy is contagious. Surrounding myself with motivated, inspiring & powerful women has completely changed who I am as an individual, wife & now mother. Last night, reconnecting with so many of these beautiful souls in person completely filled my cup & reminded me how much more powerful that energy feels in person. I am so blessed to have this community, these connections, this business. Nearly five years ago I picked up my first bottle of essential oil & I had no idea the ripple effects it would have on my entire life & mindset. Looking back now I can’t imagine not saying yes to that lifestyle change and all of the growth that has & continues to come along with it. Here’s to continuing to help families discover the beauty of natural products & an opportunity that has had such a profound impact on my life ❤️ #energyiscontagious #positiveenergy #motherhoodunplugged #motherhoodrising #ontario #canada #canadianmom #ontariomoms #networkmarketing #socialselling #naturalliving

Making cute labels for your mailers ✌ Who doesn't love a cute little sticker on their happy mail? I think it totally fancies up the look! These stickers are my wellness community logo and I add one to the back of every oily package I send out. You could make them anything you want though, any image, any design. Doesn't have to be limited to a biz. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ • I first create my image in Canva and save to my desk top. • I baught some sticker paper on Amazon and printed my image on them. • Used my Cricut to cut around the stickers (if you're a Cricut user you'll know how to do this or you can Google or YouTube instructions - it's super easy) • If you're without a Cricut, you can cut by hand or use a paper cutter to grab straight edges. Of course you can buy these premade and cut online (say Vista Print etc) but I really love doing my own thing and it's at a fraction of the price. Which I'm all about saving dollars when I can✌ So go make some pretty stickers! Have fun with it and pretty up those mailers. Such a fun idea to put your kids art work, a fave saying or even seasoned theme on them. The sticker sky is the limit ❤ • pink bubble mailers from Amazon • sticker paper from Amazon (swipe for exact one) SAVE so you can make your own stickers!
