CONFIT EGG YOLKS WITH CRISPY CHILLY OIL! Add heaps of Parmesan and breakfast is ready!!!! Yum!!!! 🤤 🍳🌶️

I cooked the eggs for too long because my baby woke up! I would love them to be runny bit it is what it is at least I didn’t waste any oil because I used it on top for amazing flavors and textures! MUST TRY!

Ingredients:
Eggs - how many you want
Extra virgin olive oil
Chilli oil - I used @mrstaple_
Heaps of freshly grated Parmesan 🧀
Finely chopped spring onion

Method:
Place eggs in a small oven-safe dish and cover with olive oil.
Bake at 120°C for 30–40 minutes, until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking.
Drizzle generously with chilli oil.
Top with LOTS of freshly grated Parmesan and chopped spring onion.
Serve with crispy sourdough to soak up all that delicious oil. 🤤🔥

rainy weather is chicken soup weather and with a wet week ahead, the pot’s back on the stove 🌧️

soup is one of the easiest ways to get a balanced meal without overthinking it. you’ve got protein from the chicken, fibre and colour from the veg, and fluid from the broth, all in one pot. use whatever veg you’ve got. today it was orange and yellow carrots, potato, pumpkin, zucchini, sweet potato and onion.

I like to make a big batch so there’s something nourishing ready on the days I don’t feel like cooking. chilli oil on top if you like a bit of spice 🌶️

A little heat. A lot of good taste.

We’re delighted to be stocking Mr Staples Crispy Chilli Oil at Olivetta.

Made by hand in Wollongong, NSW, Mr Staples is a crispy chilli oil made with extra virgin olive oil. We chose it for its beautiful simplicity: quality ingredients, plenty of flavour and nothing artificial.

There are two varieties to choose from: Everyday Chilli for a medium, versatile heat, and Extra Hot for those who like to turn things up.

Both are gluten free and made without artificial ingredients.

And for the full chilli experience? Pair it with the Crispy Chilli Oil Jar by Maison Balzac. A beautiful way to serve, store and enjoy your chilli oil at the table.

Find us at Sydney Fish Market: we’re tucked behind Christie’s, on the Wentworth Park side of the market.

Available now in store at Olivetta, Sydney Fish Market.
