New year, same crew. We’ve picked up a few more through the years & lost a few to the grind. But we’re still out there doing work. Hard work 💀

Ended 2021 & started 2022 the only way we know how - wrestling with some of our favorite people! Missing a few that were still at dinner.

We believe every outfit should do these 3 things:⁣
⁣
1) Make you feel confident⁣
2) Communicate personality ⁣
3) Create a message of intention (powerful, successful, smart, fun, bold, chic, etc.)⁣
⁣
I work with clients to stop the too common habit of using their clothing to blend in and camouflage themselves in a crowd. ⁣
⁣
Every single person has way too much to show and offer the world. Using your clothing as a tool to portray who you are and want to be is our goal. Let us help make that happen for you.✨

These next few days I’ll be sharing the last look from our January photo shoot, which is bittersweet! ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
I loved this shoot (and my sweet models) but I am so excited to start sharing spring looks with you too!! I also have some amazing photo shoot ideas I have planned that will let you get to know some of the phenomenal people I get to work with. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣
⁣
The bummer is I was hoping to have finished one of these by this time now, but I keep reminding myself that these times won’t last forever. I’m hopeful and so excited for when I can again. I absolutely love getting to share what I love to do with you all and hope these looks can inspire you to create new looks yourself. I also hope it gives you some insight into the aesthetic here at Pivotal Style. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
In the meantime I have come up with other ways to share looks I have styled for you, so stay tuned next week! ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Everyone have a fabulous weekend and don’t forget about yesterday’s challenge. ✨🥂⁣⁣

If you didn’t catch my last post, go back and re-read it because I’m stepping up the challenge for the weekend!⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This is the dress your best date night challenge! We want you to dress up in your favorite outfit and get all glammed up! Fellas, do your hair, shave and whatever else you do to feel good. Ladies do your hair, makeup or whatever your night out beauty routine is. ⁣
⁣
One more crucial rule, you must wear your most fabulous/sharp shoes! Ladies, this is the perfect time to pull out those heels that can be too uncomfortable to spend a long evening in, no worries of walking too far in them tonight!⁣
⁣
Finally, order out (support local ❤️) or cook in and enjoy a quarantine date night! Don’t have a partner or roommate to do this with? Set up a zoom date and make sure your friend or significant other follows these same guidelines.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Have fun and cheers! 🥂✨

We have always believed that the way you dress and take care of yourself has a significant impact on the way you feel. ⁣
⁣
Although this time can be stressful for many reasons, doing anything to potentially help you feel better is worth trying. That’s why we want to challenge you to spend an extra few minutes on yourself every morning for the next week. Whether that is fixing your hair, throwing on some mascara and lip stick, putting on your favorite jeans, or even doing it all. Whatever that thing is that causes you to walk around with a little extra pep in your step is what we want you to do!⁣
⁣
Love it or hate it, we want to know! Share with us below or message us with your results! We cannot wait to hear. ✨

I spent this morning working with some of my favorite fellow business owners, Laura with @oksewco and Lauren with @williamlaurenco! They not only make my life and (way more importantly) my clients life easier, but they help them look and feel their best! ⁣
⁣
My client met us at @thetreasuryokc to pick out custom suits, blazers and dress shirts with @williamlaurenco. We designed everything from the colors, fabrics, lining, buttons and thread color. We made sure that all of the pieces we picked out for him could be mixed and matched easily for the sharpest look possible. Convenience was huge for this client, so the less thought required to put together an outfit, the better. Lauren then took measurements to ensure it was made specifically for his body type and fit preference.⁣
⁣
As we were talking suits, blazers and custom shirts Laura with @oksewco came by and dropped off all the items she picked up a couple weeks ago at his second fitting with me. She is a life saver to have around when I have a fitting. She gave input and pinned all the items that needed to be hemmed and took them with her to be tailored.⁣
⁣
With our styling services and the help of @oksewco and @williamlaurenco, my client now has a wardrobe tailored to fit his body, lifestyle and personal style. Having a wardrobe that is custom to you is absolutely achievable, and the process is always so much fun! ✨⁣
⁣
Side note: Stay tuned for pictures once his suits comes in, I will make sure and share them with you all!
