Group fitness is about more than a workout. It’s showing up for yourself, finding encouragement in the people around you, and realizing you can do different and hard things together. Move your body. Make a connection. Leave a little stronger than you came. Sip, Sculpt & Socialize content professionally taken by @capturedxbriah
