POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I SAID KAW KAWWW!! The birds have landed on Sudbury grounds JUST in time for opening ceremony. Tumultuous 36 got nothing on us. This day was STACKED but we’re so happy to be surrounded with a bunch of beauties. 🫰

DAY 3!

After some hardcore practice with @mru.kg, we were ready to DOMINATE at wheelchair basketball, and began our final day breaking hearts and taking names! If you saw tire marks or smelt burning rubber, don’t worry: that was just us racking up W’s.

Now, if you’ve been wondering about our overall academic standings I have two words for you: cash cab. This AMAZING challenge (wait, academic or mannequin?) had dinos scratching their heads more than a few times…but HUGE shoutout to Paige’s mom for not only answering our lifeline phone call, but answering the question correctly!! #clavicleforthewin

Wrapping it up, the final KG surprise: HUNGER GAMES! Our alliance of dinos, bears, bisons, blue jays and pronghorns (#careers) was a force to be reckoned with and brought us to the end with two teammates making it to top five (congratulations @jesssp9_ and @kaitlyn.h0!). From there our very own KAITLYN HO took out the last opponent and became the victor and our crowd surfing legend!! 100% worth the ice cold showers back at the hotel before the banquet.

Dear KG...

This post is a bit delayed, but the sentiment remains the same.

Over the past 2 years, you have provided more friendships, memories, laughs, tears, and bruised shins than any other aspect of my life.

To have been a captain of such an incredible squad this year was an honour. This team dedicated more time to learning a dance, Flag Football plays, Kho Kho and Kickball rules, and a (poorly done, apparently) research paper than most of us did to our actual school work; and I have a feeling none of us would change a thing.

2 years, 4 trophies in 3 pillars, 2 4th place overall finishes of 25+ teams.. I cant complain about that.🏆

Whether or not this is officially my last year is undecided.. You never know what the future holds.. However, this was my last year with the @mru.kg team, and once again I will say that I could not have asked for a better group of people, or a better experience.

Thank you to everyone who was along on this insane journey, and to those who supported the team.

Peace, Love, and KG.💙

Day 3: FLAG FOOTBALL, KHO KHO TAG & ESCAPE ROOM🏈❄️

Day 3 of KG 2026 started with our next athletic challenges - BENCHBALL & FLAG FOOTBALL! The team had so much fun playing against other teams and having the chance to play alongside some awesome @motionballu athletes!❤️

The team then spent the afternoon at the career fair & competing in our next academic challenge - the ESCAPE ROOM! Where team members were required to solve various kinesiology related questions to escape!🏅

The last event of the day was KHO KHO TAG! The team went undefeated in this athletics event and absolutely crushed it!

Finishing off the night with our next social event - APRÈS-SKI NIGHT!
