As I sit down and reflect on the past few months of controlled chaos, uncertainty in my life & taking the leap in to entrepreneurship! We can talk about how life is supposed to go, but are we living it?! .

My biggest strength is I go in to every situation with the mindset that “I am alone” and “how can I make it happen with the resources I have?!”, that same mindset is my greates fault. PRIDE will be my downfall and I embrace the responsibility of being a leader and improving myself and radiate positivity to all that are in my presence. .

Being a Manager/ Consultant/ Executive Chef over the past few years the lessons I have learned is you learn how to communicate the same message multiple ways. You can’t change someone’s root behaviors until they choose to change it themselves, until then you have to put them in a position to be successful knowing who they are and how they operate. Most managers fail at this because they want them to conform to who they want them to be...To hold other people accountable, you must hold yourself accountable first! I’m one man and I will continue to improve myself to improve others around me!
