Summer 26 is gone and I wouldn't change the people, places, or experiences for anything. Greatful for all those that helped me enjoy them and also shared with me these great experiances with me.

Let me tell y'all...

My momma said " I want Japanese pancakes!"

Your wish is my desire momma !

So... My big ass woke up at 4:15 AM , got ready and went to @benizuru_homemade_pancake . Told my momma and brother they can sleep in while I go try to get a same day reservation.

You can't just waltz in there and say
パンケーキをください 🫴 🥞

You need to wait in line until they open at 7 am to make a same day reservation.

By the time I even got there , which was around 5:15 AM , there was already 20 people in line ! I was #21. 🎉

It's okay don't panic !

The restaurant serves 120 pancake dishes a day , you ideally want to be one of the first 30 people in line! ( You can only make reservations up to a party of 4)

My stomach was growling, my eyes were twitching 🫩. I called my dad to check in to let him know I was alive.

I was starting to question my sanity, did i seriously wake up so early just to eat pancakes 🥞?

7 AM comes by , I go for the earliest time available which was 11:30 AM. The people snagged up the 9 AM- 11 AM times.

After getting my reservation , I went on a bike ride and spent some more solo time.

At the restaurant, I ordered Benedict Soufflé pancakes , my brother ordered Choco-Banana Soufflé pancakes, and my momma ordered the Original Soufflé pancakes.

Guys... it was so worth it ! So fluffy , warm and delicious. 🤤
