Today Ensemble and Womens got to have a treat! The amazing and fabulous Keegan Brittain @choralyoga drove across the state to spend the day with us enhancing our sound and voices through yoga designed for singers. So happy to share this time with you! #huntchorus #namaste 🧘‍♀️

@choralyoga challenged me. Post something you are doing to take care of yourself during this challenge. I am resting in pajamas ALL DAY!!!! How are you taking advantage of this period of waiting, resting, a call to reflect on what's inside? Post your self-care video or pic and tag @choralyoga #selflove #quarantineandchill #relaxing #choralyoga #selfcare

We love a sister reunion!! Today, the Wingate Chamber Choir (which includes our sister, Laurel) held a collaboration concert alongside the Monroe Children’s Choir, led by 2017 alum Keegan! While at Wingate, Keegan learned to use yoga to improve choral rehearsals and has been changing the game since! She has led presentations on her findings at NCMEA conferences and regularly incorporates yoga into her choral rehearsals! Laurel noted that she loved how Keegan’s choir was passionate and always excited about what they were doing and working with them made her day! Congrats to Keegan and Laurel on a job well done! ❤️🌹
