My corporate queen by day and domestic goddess by night. As a good friend said, Shay is slaying as usual. We spent a good chunk of our Sunday morning on this photoshoot. I'm very proud of her for taking directions so well whilst working with a mandarin-only photographer and for resisting the temptation to bring home more photos. In a season of so much stress and transition, I'm feeling like the luckiest to have her be my constant.

Today marks 3.5 years together with my beautiful tamilaachi. Here she is looking like she’s ready to release her debut album. I’m also thankful that she didn’t book a session like this for me - it would really ruin my brand image. She can do it all - she laughs at you, laughs at herself, cooks like a goddess and is a proud dog mom. We have spent more than half of our days so far laughing and snorting at each other so it’s good to have a milestone like today, with these photos, to remind us that it’s okay to be serious every once in awhile. 6 more months to one of the more special days of our lives and I’m excited.

It's been quite a difficult couple of months for me. Grateful for my strongest pillar of support. Manifesting a smooth last quarter of the year.

April-May dump Médée with The Opera People: no cap the most insanely difficult music I've ever had to learn but so satisfying. It was giving metal vibes and I just felt like head-banging during the second performance. So grateful to the whole team for bringing me in and being so incredibly patient with me. Carmen with Singapore Lyric Opera: what a team. Everyone was incredibly supportive and just such a fun team to be around and work with both on and off stage. I never thought I would be singing at Victoria Concert Theatre at any point in my life and I'm really thankful that I was given this chance. My first ever conference: in a sea of IP professionals, with my wonderful sister. We must have spoken more to each other in March/April than the rest of our lives. I am always in awe of her ability to connect with people and make others feel at ease around her. My love, the light of my life, my raison d'etre. The last month of new transitions have been quite easily one of the most challenging things I've ever had to grow through. Bringing me lunch on a random weekday was a reprieve like no other. Your daily support is what keeps me going And well, that's my face after my first day of voice teaching in more than 3 years. Taught 4 students and headed for auditions for Magic Flute. It was fantastic; the lessons, not the audition lol I hope the students learned something and had fun whilst doing it. I'm so glad that I have this opportunity and I learned so much from them. Lastly, I'm so hyped for my new recording set up. Thank you Kenneth sir for the prompt and excellent recommendations as always. These two months have had alot, alot of very difficult moments. So I'm glad to have moments like these that remind me of what I'm fighting for.

Happy birthday my love. What a day it was with church, lunch with family, a decadent afternoon tea and a full reunion dinner. May you continue to stay cheerful and warm. Thank you for being my best friend. Naan unnai kaadhalikirain

Super delayed dedication post to my girlfriend (who's thoroughly enjoying herself now in Melbourne) The last 9 months have been an absolutely crazy journey. The first photo was from one of our first few medical appointments. We didn't know it was cancer then. She has been through hell and back with me. She's hella strong, I'm hella strong. As a very close friend said recently, I found a gem. We are built different. We are infinite
