WSQUARED is here upon us.

Join us at WSQUARED 2023, where the Word of God is preached, we worship our Heavenly Father and his Spirit is in demonstration and manifestation.

"But the time is coming and is already here, when by the power of God's Spirit people will worship the Father as he really is, offering him the true worship that he wants. God is Spirit, and only by the power of his Spirit can people worship him as he really is.”
John 4:23‭-‬24 GNT

God is in all ages gathering in to himself a generation of spiritual worshippers. He is seeking such worshippers, he is making them such.

Prepare to be activated and equipped as you rise up to depend upon God's Spirit, live under his influences and operations, devote your own spirit to, and employ them in, the service of God.

Saturday 26th August, 2023, is a gathering that will forever change your life. Get ready to be a part of this.

🍦All Natural Ice Cream🍦

Had to post this up so you can try it out this. Take it from me it's soo easy to make. Yes it's natural and my son was all over me when I offered him my healthy alternative to ice cream.

Guess what! You only need BANANAS, yeah you read right, just BANANAS and what ever toppings or flavor that suits you. But of course I am sticking to extras that are best suitable for babies.

Recipe Below👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽 Ingredients
************
🍌A bunch of bananas
🍌Milk (Optional. But helps to make it more creamy)
🍌Cocoa Powder

Preparation
************
1. Peel and cut banana into small chunks. Make sure the bananas are yellow ripe.
2. Freeze banana overnight. Just make sure your bananas are frozen.
3.Pour frozen bananas into a blender, add milk and cocoa powder
4. Don't add water, but if needed it should be very little.
5. Blend until very creamy. **************************************** Voila your nice cream is ready. You can add flavors like vanilla and cinnamon but PLEASE very little.
In this case I used tiny cinnamon, toasted coconut flakes as toppings.
(If you want to know how I did it just DM me so our post won't be too long)

Have a great weekend. Send me your pics of your nice cream.

RECIPE REVEAL!!! I posted up a purée/smoothie yesterday and you all tried to guess the fruits contained in it.
You all did a great job at guessing but missed out on the 3rd fruit which was GOLDEN MELON 😁😁This was what added the extra flavor to it.

So go ahead, save and share then try it out with your baby.

Thank you all for participating yesterday it was really fun!!! #healthybaby #babyhealthyfood #babyhealthybites #homemadebabyfoods #babyledweaningideas #babyledeating #firstfoods #babycereal #babypuree #stayathomemom #firsttimemum #expectingmum #6monthbaby #nigerianbabyfood #allnaturalbaby #breastfeedingmum #motherhood #bananapuree #firstyear

Over With Treating Maleria! Wew 😢😢 Having to take care of a sick back can be very challenging. After my girls maleria treatment, she started running temperature for no obvious reasons. Visited the hospital twice last week. I am happy it’s over and she is back to her usual self.
Mehn those antibiotics can be cruel😬. More on this in a later post, I became more enlightened on antibiotics last week and I think it’s really worth sharing.
This week I am on a weight gain regiment for by daughter has she lost some weight, she needs to get her back to her chubby self😁

Back to posting our recipes and I have a very quick lunch box recipe today. I had some left overs at home and came up with this.
Save this and feel free to share.

Ingredients
Beans
Boiled rice
Scrambled eggs
Shredded Titus fish
Bell green and yellow peppers
Shredded carrots

Steps
1. Heat up the boiled rice and beans separately to get them warm.
2. Mix both rice and beans together, add scrambled eggs and fish, allow to steam.
3. Finally add carrots and bell peppers.
4. You can add a little stock to add some taste. (I used stew to do this)
5. You are done.
You can serve with fried plantain also.
