I have the exact blueprint of how I took my formerly trackletic body from overweight, to dropping my body fat percentage to 16% by rewriting my body composition inside out. While my results may seem atypical, this isn’t a post for me or you to say “good for me”. Instead, it’s proof that you can get any result that you desire should you choose to do the work. You can build the body that you want without having to pay the extra extras for it.

With patience, time, diligence, and some excitement. Your goals are very reachable. And I’m confident in knowing I can get you there.

If you’re ready for change, COMMENT “I’m ready.”

If not now, when?
If not you, who?

I’m at a point to where I’m relearning my body. First day back in the gym after resting for the week because I had been experiencing some pains, discomfort and tightness from old injuries and lack of preparation going into the trainings I’ve been doing. -Yes the coach stubborn too🙄

One thing for certain, I’ve learned that I can’t lift super heavy right out the gate. Without proper warm up (or prehab) I will set myself up for injury where it would take longer to recover. I’m not down for that. I’m not a young whipper snapper🤣 . I take my body through similar progression stages as I would my clients. Going into each lift focusing on form, explosion if needed and GROWING the muscles I say I want.

I’m here for a good tim and a long time. I got goals to reach. A body (booty) to build. Muscle to build. And this is still just the beginning. #joinme
