This Mother’s Day is a little bittersweet for me. ❤️‍🩹🕊️💐🙏🏽

Missing my mama, Sheran, in a way that words really can’t explain as we walk through our first Mother’s Day without her here physically. There’s a space in our hearts that can never be filled. Me, Dad, my siblings, and especially her grandbabies miss her so much every single day. Mama, we love you forever and thank you for loving us the way only you could. ❤️

Today I’m also thinking about my grandmothers and sweet Mrs. Bev, who loved me, poured into me, prayed for me, and cared for me like a mother. I’m forever grateful for the women who helped shape my life with love, wisdom, strength, grace, and patience.💕

At the same time, being Deuce’s mom is truly one of the greatest honors and joys of my life. There is nothing in this world I love more than being his mother. His smile, his heart, his personality, his hugs… all of it reminds me daily of God’s goodness. Being his mom gives my life so much purpose and love. 💙

Happy Mother’s Day to my sister Shaundra, my best friend Jessica, and to all the mothers, grandmothers, bonus moms, aunties, and mother figures out there. Thank you for all the sacrifices, love, prayers, lessons, and strength you give so freely. 🫶🏽 God please take care of my girls for me and thank you for the time we had with them. I love you, Mama. 🕊️

Please cherish your mother and father while you still can. Spend the time. Make the call. Take the picture. Give the hug. Say “I love you” again. Because when God calls them home, life changes forever. ❤️

We miss you mama and we’re doing our best to keep your memory, legacy, spirit, and love alive. It’s been 37 days since God called you to your heavenly home. 🪽 Lord knows that we are thankful for the years we had with you. Christmas just isn’t the same without you. The holidays were your Super Bowl and while we miss that special touch you have always added, we will continue to try and make you proud! #LLSB Rest in peace Mama. We love you forever. 😔💔🙏🏽🎄❤️‍🩹 #ChristmasDay #MissingYou
