Revolution of Happiness 🛹❤️☀️ Celebrating 50 years of Vision, skateboarding, art, creativity, friendships, and the subculture that brought us all together. So many of us fell in love with skateboarding. Somewhere along the way, life took over. But the things we truly love never really leave us, and hopefully we find our way back to a clear Vision. That’s what Finding Vision felt like to me—finding our way back to the people, friendships, creativity, and skateboarding that brought us so much happiness in the first place. 🎶 Song in this video “Don’t Change” by INXS captures that feeling and has a connection to Vision history—the Psycho Stick featured in the INXS Kick album artwork, tying together the music and skateboarding culture of that 80’s era. “Resolution of happiness.” 🛹❤️ 🎶Don’t Change” by INXS I’m standing here on the ground The sky above won’t fall down See no evil in all directions Resolution of happiness Things have been dark for to long Don’t change for you Don’t change a thing for me #FindingVision #visionskateboards #skateboarding #venicebeach #monkeskateboards 📸@cortizphoto 📸@desiree_astorga 🎥 @stavshemesh1 🎥 @benjamin_jsy 🎥@benchibber

A skateboard brand in Costa Mesa in the mid 80’s definitely had an influence in the skate scene in Orange County. They had some heavy Pro’s but also some awesome ams on the team. The crew that works behind the scenes of the brand were just as amazing. From the design, manufacturing to marketing, all created a brand that will never be forgotten. Don’t die wondering, skate Vision.

“Thrashin” 40 Year Anniversary was a huge success! Special thanks to Kurt @80slife4ever for envisioning and creating such an amazing event! Jimmy Arrighi art curator @worldsbestdad , and the Skateboarding Hall of Fame for hosting @skateboardinghalloffame . To the hundreds of attendees, the actors, the artist and above all the amazing skateboarding community that embarrassed this movie from the start! It was an honor to paint “Little Stevie” aka actor/screenwriter David Wagner @dwags2171 Stoked to meet him and to add my work to his collection. In life don’t forget, when an opportunity arises to: “Be There!” In reel: @kidadams @seancliver @dwags2171 @tinyavenger72 @stevecaballero @worldsbestdad @sl0wlines @msaiz @charlottemichelle7 @lhiramoto @popshosoi @hektattoo @valdezhollyholly @rogerkaneko @heidster75

In my humble opinion, this is one of the best skateboarding ads ever. Versatile amateur skateboarder (and artist 🎨) Marco Saiz presenting the Vision Hurricane 🌀 II wheels on a Vision Mark Gonzales "Split Face" deck, both street and vert mode. Year is 1989 📸 Otis Barthoulameu 💗🙏🏻 @otisserie 📖 Thrasher #marcosaiz #vision #hurricane #skatewheels #skateboarding
