пробежка началась обычно, но закончилась необычно - пиво, сосиськи и черный хлеб с адской горчицей. место знатное - там уже 30 лет не меняется ассортимент и рецепт приготовления :)

If the start line is about adrenaline, the finish line is about connection. This is where medals meet smiles, and every tired step turns into a shared victory.

The medal still heavy, breath still uneven, eyes already shining with pride. People framed by banners, warm embraces, the crew of volunteers who made it all possible.

Thank you to everyone who ran, cheered, poured water, or simply showed up. You are the energy that makes us want to return to the start again. Yesterday, it was them. Tomorrow, it might be you.

The closer we get to the marathon, the more people want to test their strength in fast runs. Today, at the 44th Lake Run, we provided timing for the 10 km distance for the first time for three participants who decided to try this distance. Not everything went smoothly, as the first attempt is rarely perfect =) But for the 5 km run, everything was spot on and worked like clockwork, as this is already our 44th run! The next one will be our pre-marathon run, where we invite absolutely everyone! Let's talk about today’s winners:
🥇 - @awesomealexey , it was unexpected and pleasant to see the person from our announcement cover now on the podium!
🥇 - Among the women, first place went to @mshplst, what a comeback! After six months, she once again left no chance for her competitors and with a personal course record.
🖥 You can check all the finish results right here!
There were also many newcomers today, as well as our friends and guests from Antalya! We're happy to see you, come again!☺️

This beautiful morning was made possible thanks to our wonderful volunteers.
🤘Lena Ivarovskaya - a true volunteer. Even after volunteering in Antalya, she managed to do two things at once here: timekeeping and photographing the participants.
@povelitelkasper- announcements, track preparation, and result processing.
Vlad Kharitonov - worked hard as the sweeper and surely had great conversations with the runners!
@leo_nasty - did her interval training and then carefully helped with token distribution!
@eka1201 - tireless, always ready to help with participant result scanning, even after her own run!
@sambulova_n - once again led an excellent and energetic warm-up!

‼️ Reminder: Tomorrow will be the final run in the most remote district of Tbilisi, and it will be dedicated to murals. There are over 20 of them! Details are in the announcements, and the start is at 10:00 AM!
See you at the starting line! 🎶
