This session wasn’t just training — it was transformation.

A room full of hybrid athletes showed up ready to reset, reconnect, and step toward the goals they haven’t hit yet. Those are always the ones that change us the most.

We grounded our minds first — clearing the noise, finding purpose, visualizing race day with clarity and conviction, guided by @itsterrywilliams and @semi_retired_athlete . Then we carried that intention into motion inside @clubstudiofitness with Hybrid Athlete Performance Coach @flygirljenfitness — strength, speed, endurance, and unrestricted power fueling every rep.

Performance is mental, physical, emotional. And we’re all still becoming — the runners, the lifters, the grinders, the ones who know potential isn’t fixed. It expands.

Race week is coming. We’re stepping into it aligned, elevated, and ready.

This night wasn’t just about new training kits.

This session was definitely challenging. The message of the day was YET and it really stayed with me. Growth is not about perfection. It is about consistency. Showing up. Pushing a little further. Trusting the work.

There is still more strength and endurance in me to unlock. And this session reminded me exactly what I am capable of 👀

Day 2 of @offthefieldnflwives was the 25th Annual Charity Fashion Show! “Celebrating sisterhood & service” exceeded all hope & expectation. Even the HOF husbands came to support (and show-out) the incredible work of the wives. Needless to say, my strut down the runway needs some work (last slide is a teaser 😂🫣), but WHAT AN HONOR and an example set by the NFL wives. *Special shout out to @lululemon for being such a giving sponsor, but they also providing refuge to embattled feet!😂 (The slides are a MUST/so comfy & padded!)😉💯

Super Bowl San Francisco Weekend has been steeped in the unbound success of old and new friends. On Thursday, Day 1 of @offthefieldnflwives events, they hosted a magical afternoon of community and wellness, honoring the impact of local and global leaders under the elegant stained-glass dome of the Neiman Marcus Rotunda. I sat in awe of what NFL Wives President @tpattbrown, founders and co-founders, and Board members have created. As an MLB wife, it was an honor to be a guest and to walk away inspired by all they have accomplished — together.

Great love to my sis and road dog @msjayware who dedicates herself personally and professionally to worthy causes (and people, like myself 😂). Alongside her cousin @doctdymond, WE DID THAT! Of course with the help of our new favorite restaurant @indigoinsf 🤤😋 A husband/wife team that goes ABOVE & BEYOND in quality, taste and service!! 🙌🏽✨🫶🏽💯❤️

Everything but the talk.

These precious time stamps… A quick glimpse at pre-show prep, and then a deep dive into ALLLL THE CONNECTION following the delivery. 🥹 There was something healing in those hugs, handshakes, high fives and selfies. I am undone.

My sincerest gratitude to every single person who went out of their way to purchase a ticket, re-arrange a schedule, and make it out to the TEDx Talk. I’m not being dramatic or performative when I say, this truly meant the world to me and I will not forget it. I’m blown away that you’d be willing to support me in this, and that rich gratitude only compels me to dig deeper in research, go harder in actively embodying love, strive more boldly in unearthing wisdom, and speak up louder in ways that empower people.

There is so much more in store. This was like the intro to an album. Get ready, because we’re about to turn up.
