Some races aren’t just measured by time on the smartwatch.
They’re measured by the smiles, the cheers, the community, and the electric energy in the air.
That’s NAS Race !

PS:It was one of the best 10Ks I’ve run.
My strongest pace yet and I chopped off a solid six minutes from my last 10K at the ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon.

@nassportsdubai congratulations for putting on such an fantastic race and amazing ambience!

10 km. First night trail. First sand run.
Not the easiest run but definitely one of the most memorable one

Last night’s adventure took me, @its_me_samir @mslyaz_ @arshisheak to Al Qudra Desert for our first night trail run after a day of fasting and feasting at my Iftar party !

We started at 11 PM in the chilly air, surrounded by campers and soft desert silence. After the first few kilometers, the campers disappeared leaving us with darkness, deep sand, and pure solitude.

Running on sand for the first time?
HUMBLING. 😅
Every step felt twice as hard, and fasting fatigue was real… but we kept going.

There were gazelles crossing our path, stars lighting up the sky, and moments of complete stillness that felt almost spiritual.

Meanwhile, we got a bit of lost and took a route which added extra distance, laughed through the confusion, and kept moving.

We finished around 12:50am sandy but incredibly happy.

Sometimes it’s not about pace or distance…
it’s about the people, the silence, the stars, and the stories you bring back home.

Two weeks ago, took on @primal.race relay race with my three amazing friends @arshisheak @its_me_samir @anoop_gangadharn from @atthepark_world
Each station, one athlete. One mission: keep moving.

My station looked like this:

🏃‍♀️ 400m run
🚣‍♀️ 1400m row
🏃‍♀️ 400m run
🔥 45 burpees + box jumps
😵‍💫 box jumps turned into step-ups real quick
🏃‍♀️ final 400m run

By the end, my lungs were on fire, my legs were done, and survival mode had fully kicked in.

But I finished it in 20mins and that’s what counts.

Some stations of my team mates were brutal. Some were manageable.
But the heat, the humidity, and the unknown didn’t stop us.

We showed up. We pushed through. We finished together.

There’s something special about doing hard things with people who are just as crazy and passionate as you are.

No plan. No expectations. Just heart, grit, and teamwork.

Big shoutout to all the teams participated from @atthepark_world and thanks Primal Race for the energy, the challenge, and an unforgettable race!

Next time we will come back more stronger !

Yesterday morning I ran the RAK Half Marathon @therakhalfmarathon , my second half marathon overall and what an incredible experience it was.

Running alongside friends, meeting fellow runners on the route, and crossing the finish line with pure enthusiasm made every step worth it.

After running 21 km, our legs forgot how to run… but somehow remembered how to dance.

We started with “finish line celebration moves” and ended up inventing a new fitness style: Half-Marathon Zumba for the Physically Confused.

One person started, the rest joined, and before we knew it, tired runners were wobbling, shuffling, and shaking like noodles with GPS errors.

Moral of the story:
We may finish strong… but we celebrate very questionable. 😄
