🎉Happy 1st Birthday Addison🎉
Wow I’m still in shock with how fast this past year had went with you. Your mother @msmandypants and I are so very happy that you made our way into our lives. We’ve watched you grow and develop into your own person. We’ve watched you crawl around and explore every crevice of your surroundings. We’ve watched you love your big brother @jake_cole1 and big sister @isabellcole every day. We’ve watched you laugh, cry and get truly excited. You are my greatest achievement and I look forward to guiding you for the rest of my life. I love you more than life itself Addison River ❤️

Here’s onsite client, @msmandypants (coached by @coachanthonymihelich), getting some awesome floor coaching from @briannalamb. During Mandy’s pregnancy, she’s helping her make adjustments as necessary.

This is a wonderful variation of an Assisted Pull Up:
✅ Set the bar up high enough to fully straighten the arms
✅ Keep legs on the the bench in front of you
✅ Drive your legs into the bench to increase your assistance. Ease the tension off the bench to rely more on your upper body as you try to find an appropriate challenge for the rep range/tempo you are working with.
