The older i get the more i realize that discipline beats motivation all day everyday. i have had ups and downs with my journey throughout the years. every year about the time the holiday season gets here i seem to let myself go because of lack of motivation, but not this year. i will have discipline because my wife and three daughters watch me in everything i do. For them i have to be spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically strong. i have to be strong enough to protect them at all costs. they are my reason.

If anybody sees me slacking, please call me out. having a community around you to hold you accountable is crucial in developing as a human being.

Hope everybody has a great weekend 🤙🏼
