Interim block = intention over ego.

Part of today’s session involves the “pause” at the end range.
Pauses expose weaknesses — and that’s where growth lives.

Progress doesn’t require reinvention.
It requires control. The goal isn’t to lift as heavy as possible. The goal is to manage a challenging weight WELL, and with good form and depth.

Is there anything better than architecture that heightens the pleasure and intimacy of experiencing a live performance? That’s correct—there isn’t.

A few average shots of my overdue visit to the magnificent @phoenixcentralpark by @durbachblockjaggers and @wardle.studio from a few weeks ago. Thank you Judith Nielson @whitehotrabbit for this magnificent gift that keeps on giving to Sydney’s cultural fabric 🙏🏼

Progress isn’t linear — and that’s okay. 💪
In our group sessions, we meet you where you are.
Whether you’re pushing for that next level or dialing it back to focus on form, every exercise can be progressed or regressed to suit your fitness journey.
You’re not just in a class — you’re in control.
