Let’s make Richmond cool at night!

The Fan, Church Hill, Libbie/Grove are already pretty close to perfect just as they are.

The part of Richmond that is the least cool at night is downtown! The reason it’s not that cool is that almost no one lives there.

Do y’all agree? Would you like to see this building become residential? Let me know in the comments!

Shout out to @rvabizsense

We are in Vegas yall! What should we do?

Our real estate conference starts tomorrow afternoon.

There are people here that are going to lose their life savings in the next 24 hours.

Not us though.

What should we do instead!??

You know that feeling when you turn onto your street, pull up to your house and your shoulders finally drop? It starts right here, at the brick steps.

Nobody remembers the fancy dinners. They remember the Tuesday nights at this table, when someone pulled up a stool and stayed for hours.

Imagine waking up with nowhere to be. Just morning light on white sheets and five more minutes that turn into an hour.

Someone cooking, someone else curled up in a chair, and everyone still part of the same conversation.

For the nights you cancel your plans and don’t feel sorry about it. A soft sofa, a good book, and a quiet you’ve been needing.

Two sinks, side by side. It really is the smallest of things that make a house a home.

This could be your every day.

My top 4 predictions for Richmond over the next 5 years: (Drop yours in the Comments!)

1. The Diamond District will become the number 1 hot spot and all the surrounding neighborhoods will benefit.

2. Lafayette Tavern @lafayettetavern will surpass Stella’s as Richmond’s number 1 restaurant. @rooseveltrva is still number 1 for me though. 😀

3. I-95 traffic will get worse. Especially near the Diamond District.

4. We will all survive the Code refresh. Not everyone will like all aspects. Including me. But I don’t believe it will turn Richmond into Northern Virginia. 🙏🏼

I have been living in the City of Richmond for the last 27 years and it has really changed! Mostly for the better!

And I think that our city will continue to get better and better!

This home in Richmond might be one kitchen renovation away from the life you’ve been picturing. 👀

Some houses make it easy to imagine what your days could look like there, and this one definitely has that kind of draw.

Your routines may shift a little. More brunches out. More wine 🍷 on the front porch with friends.

This architectural gem has incredible potential for the right buyer to come in and make it theirs.

I just sold one to some other clients around the corner on Hanover who are doing just that and they are loving pairing their favorite on trend finishes with all the character of their historic home.

Send me a DM or text me at 804-201-7220 and I’ll send you the details and book a showing for when this one goes live.

Who is the VCU basketball coach right now??? Y’all I can’t keep track.

Living here long enough and you get accustomed to VCU getting a new coach every two years and all the comments about an old grocery store that everyone seems to be in love with.

But hey, that’s Richmond.

Let me know what other sayings that locals can’t stop saying that might confuse someone new to town.

I’m @daveseibert_re a local real estate agent sharing all inside scoop that’s makes Richmond Richmond.
