💚 That’s a wrap on Mental Health Week! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who participated, signed the Green Bandana Pledge, grabbed a bandana, and helped us spread awareness across campus! 🫶🏼

Just because Mental Health Week is over doesn’t mean the conversation stops. Mental health matters every single day, and checking in on yourself and others, offering support, and reminding people they’re not alone can make a difference.

Let’s continue showing up for one another, breaking the stigma, and making MSUM a place where everyone feels supported and connected. 🐉💚

A New Chapter Begins!

I’m incredibly grateful and excited to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic journey at Minnesota State University Moorhead! 🐉⚽️

Soccer has given me so much more than just a game. It has brought me incredible teammates, coaches, friendships, challenges and lessons that have helped shape me into the person and player I am today.

To every coach and teammate who has believed in me, challenged me, and pushed me to become better along the way, thank you. I’m so grateful for every person who has been part of this journey.

To my parents and sisters … thank you for your endless love, encouragement, sacrifices and for always being in my corner. I truly wouldn’t be here without you. You guys are my biggest inspiration and motivation in life. I love you all!

Thank you to Coach Scott, Coach Richard, and the rest of the coaching staff for giving me this opportunity and for believing in me.

And above all, I give all glory and thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ for guiding my path, opening doors, and walking with me through every step of this journey.

I’m beyond excited for what’s ahead, ready to keep growing on and off the field and incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue doing what I love. GO DRAGONS! ⚽️🐉❤️‍🔥

What a game for @msum_soccer goalkeeper @emilia.bukholt who picked up 10 saves! The Dragons earned a 1-1 draw against Sioux Falls to improve to 2-2-2 (1-1-1 | NSIC) on the season.
