Last night… I’m still at a loss for words.

Truth is, I wasn’t having the best week going in. But the second I put on that suit and walked into the room, everything shifted.

I was stopped all night both by members I’ve known for years and by people I’d barely met sharing how much SSP has changed their lives. Not in a casual way. In a real, heartfelt, make me cry kind of way.

At the end of the night, I sat reading the messages in the book people wrote and was honestly so overcome with emotion.

And talking about the nudge and support that @nicoletravis67 gave me to pursue this and the support she continues to give me as we chase bigger and better is incredible. I am so lucky to have a partner who believes in me 💯.

When I came into fitness, my mission was simple: impact lives. And that included both the people who worked for me and the members who walked through our doors.

Seeing people like @holter_samantha start as an intern and now absolutely crush it in a big, critical role for us is so amazing. And of course @natalieannfit who has been next to me and seen it all these past 4 years and who I could not be more thankful for. She has an endless belief in both me and the work we do at SSP every day, and she is such an important part of what we do.

Somewhere along the way, this thing grew way bigger than me. It belongs to every coach, every staff member, and every single person who shows up to train because those people care so deeply about what we do and how we do it.

Standing there last night, talking to a room full of people, knowing we have 850 members, are about to open our fourth location, and are still just scratching the surface…

It’s never been clearer: this is a f*cking mission.

And we’re going to take it as far as we possibly can. 🚀

I’ll be honest. I am crushing my 40s so far 😜 …and there’s still 8 more years left! 😂

Seriously though, it’s hard to think of a better time in my life where I feel like most everything is clicking, where I feel emotionally and physically great, and where I’m just grateful as f*ck to have people in my life I know I can always count on ❤️
