🙌🏼Thank you @thrivedanceexperience Convention for welcoming me and The Nourished Dancer back this year… but this time in Nashua, NH!

You know what I always say… to me being invited back to work with a person, studio, or event is a greater compliment than being invited in the first place.

And being a part of the THRIVE team that Joe @joe.nickel cultivates, alongside seasoned dance educators that carry themselves with humility and humor, while radiating the pure joy of dance…

Well, it truly fills my heart.🫶🏼 And I don’t take it lightly.

I had the absolute best time yesterday at @thrivedanceexperience it was such a fun experience with new friends, teachers, and combos. Everyone there was so supportive proving that we really are all one part of one big community. Nothing could ever compare to being in a room full of other dancers that love it as much as you do. I am so incredibly grateful for this incredible opportunity 🤍

Another great weekend with such a talented group of educators! @thrivedanceexperience fills my cup in every way. Great job to all the studios that came out in New Hampshire and congratulations to all the scholarship winners.

Special shout out to @rachel.mollenkopf for assisting me at Thrive for the first time. From @amdaofficial student, now alum, it has been a pleasure to watch you grow as an artist.

Had the best day at @thrivedanceexperience with my @mhdccompany family 💗 I am so grateful to be apart of the “Thrive Tribe” thanks to @mtayjazz for Ballet class! I had the BEST time today with the sweetest dancers ever! Thank you @h_rose326 for giving me the opportunity to dance on stage!! A beautiful part of BeMoved® is the sense of community we create—not only in the classroom, but beyond it. We come together to experience dance performances, share a meal, celebrate one another, and, in this case, travel together to share something we love.
Many of our BeMovers traveled from near and far to dance side by side on the Auditorium Stage in Chicago, creating memories, celebrating the joy of movement, and coming together for something greater than ourselves. Together, we danced to support the Chicago Dance Health Fund and showed just how powerful the BeMoved community can be when we move, connect, and give back together. @sherryzunker @estherjeles @chicagodancehealthfund @auditoriumtheatre @bemovedwithtiffiny @bemovedkrista @bemovedwithjennifer @bemovedwithtara @bemovedpatricia @bemovedwithjyoti @mtayjazz @wilfredo1269 @cherylmannphoto @haleybrwneyes @juliaperryh @ladyanp @rachel_regina_klapper #bemoveddancecommunity #bemovedinstructors #bemoveddancers

Chicago always feels like home!! An inspiring weekend in my old stomping grounds with amazingly talented friends both old & new!! Dance For Life @chicagodancehealthfund was stunning with many Chicago Dance Companies including my old home @giordanodancechicago. I took 3 @bemoveddance classes with the iconic @sherryzunker, @bemovedwithjennifer & @bemovedkrista & enjoyed every second with my phenomenal company, dining, massage & the city!!! Feeling so happy, fulfilled & grateful for this family & lifetime of dance! 💃🏼❤️

In our feels this Friday.

The stage gets the spotlight, but the behind-the-scenes moments are what make DTC feel like family. The laughs, the prep, the chaos, the hugs, the hype, the people who make every weekend what it is.

This is the heart of Dance Talent Company.

Your stage. Your moment.

I really love to instruct BeMoved and was so honored to have conducted a class back in Chicago last weekend with so many friends from all facets of my dancing life as far back as 1983, through my HSDC days, to my current dancers. (And we were all so tired after a big couple of days so extra special thanks for powering through!) Special thanks to Jennifer for making this moment happen and for your videography! 🎥💛✨
