Charm City CX @charmcitycx ✨

Successful weekend in Baltimore! Day 1 was a great day finishing 3rd had some super tight battles with the UCI girls. @compedgeracing sweep on the podium. Some rain overnight made for some slick conditions on Day 2! Happy to finish 4th in a competitive field.
Time for some more training before more racing!

Rochester! @rochestercross
First race of the season and pretty happy with how it went. Day 1 I felt very strong and was happy to come away with 2nd in cat 2, I was also able to get 4th in 17-18 UCI based on the time. Day 2 was still very good but my legs felt a little heavy, passing through the 17-18s was much more difficult and I felt myself chasing the whole race with some tired legs. Ended in 5th for cat 2 and 6th in the 17-18 UCI Happy to finish the first cross weekend with lots gained and lots to improve. A weekend off and we’re off to @charmcitycx

Shout out to @abby.cole11 for sweeping the 17-18 field and Cat 2 🤯

Green Mountain Stage Race!
This race was one of my favorite races last year and it sure was this year as well. The competition this year was fierce and fun.

Stage 1 Time Trial
Happy to finish 3rd in the 15-16, 8th in 17-18 and 26/57 overall. I felt super strong and was able to push super hard. My result set me up great for the rest of the race!

Stage 2 Circuit Race
Pretty slow race overall, struggled to move up in the peloton the whole race. Bummed to not be able to help @aubreyydrummond in the sprint. Finished in the field sprint. Happy to complete the longest stage in this race.

Stage 3 Circuit Race
Super hilly fun day on the bike. It was a chaotic start to the race with @katelyn_walcroft getting in the early break away. Thanks to Aubrey and @ariamundy I felt very confident in my positioning going into Middlebury. I got slightly distanced on the climb from the lead group but caught them quickly and was able to join the main bunch. Throughout the race I tried to conserve as much energy as possible before baby gap. The race completely blew apart on App Gap. I was happy to come away with 18th!
Stage 4 Crit
Super technical and challenging race. The race was fast from the start and unfortunately the rider in front of me let a gap open and I fell on the wrong side of the split. My final GC placing was 23/54 and 3rd in the 15/16!
Now that road season is over, it’s full focus on cross!
Thank you so much @compedgeracing and @chris__drummond for your support and help all week! @abby.cole11 @philcole773 @mtbtwins 📸@cycoinvt

15-16 Road Race National Champion!!! Ahhh! 🥹I am so happy not with just how I personally rode but my AMAZING teammates @lilliodonne11 & @abby.cole11 for committing to me being solo. With about 8miles to go I countered Abby’s attack and looked back and no one went with me🤯 I continued to push hard while my teammates covered EVERYTHING!! When the gap established I gave everything I had! Thank you so much to my coach @barryaustin_is_curious for getting me primed for this race! With this being my first natty champs jersey as a first year 15-16 year old I am truly astonished! Thank you to @compedgeracing for all of their support!!! Thank you to my parents for always being supportive @kimberlyjayecole @philcole773!! This one will take some time to set in, but OMG I am a National Champion!!!😁🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Big congrats to @lily.cole.11 on her first national title today!

After lots of attacks nothing stuck. On the last lap @abby.cole11 attacked the group chased back and @lily.cole.11 countered, being the first one to get away. Abby and I controlled the front and covered attacks helping Lily to put over a minute on the field and take the solo win!

I went into today ready to race for the win but when the opportunity came for me to help Lily to secure the top step, I knew what I needed to do. Abby had a heck of a leadout into the bunch sprint and I was able to take second for a CompEdge 1-2!

Proud of you Lily! Can't wait to see you rock the Stars and Stripes.

P1 at Battenkill!!! 🥇

This win means so much to me. Race wins come very rarely for me these days while being a domestique for my teammates, so to win this legendary race on a gritty day with rain, mud, and gravel feels so so good.

Thank you to my teammates for rallying around me for the finish and trusting me to finish off the job. We raced so well together and our young guns @mtbtwins did a fantastic job and it was really fun being able to race with them and help mentor them in the race.

Huge thank you to the Cole’s, @ryan__drummond, and @zakrajsekdylan for standing in the rain and cold weather to support us and clean all of our gear after the race when we were freezing and tired 🥶🫶🏻 you guys are the best!!!

Thank you everyone for all the kind messages. I’ve honestly been needing a result like this so bad- it really helped ignite my fire again ❤️‍🔥

And to top off the great day, we got to watch @kenroczen94 win the 450 SX Championship!! Personally, I think it was my note on my number & me taking all the winning energy out of the number 96 for the day 😌
