Despite the rain Saturday, it was still a great day to be a Tar Heel! 🩵🐏

I spent the day at UNC Chapel Hill enjoying the pregame concert with Carolina alum Chase Rice, watching the football team make their traditional walk from the Old Well to the stadium, and even getting a picture with Rameses!

One of the most meaningful parts of the day was how many people stopped to ask about my Orange County title and offer their congratulations. Thank you to everyone who made me feel so welcomed and celebrated. I loved having the opportunity to share about the Miss America Opportunity and the impact of this incredible journey.

Another highlight was getting to watch the UNC Band Color Guard perform during the game. As someone who appreciates the dedication, talent, and showmanship that go into every performance, it was such a fun part of the Carolina game day experience.

A huge thank you to Angela, Eric, Grant and Emma for taking me to the game and making my birthday extra special with a shoutout on the Jumbotron. 🏈🎉🫶🏻🩵 My heart is full of gratitude, Carolina spirit, and sweet birthday memories. 🫶🏻🩵
