Nine and feeling divine!

Some puppies pick up on the heel position pretty easy, others struggle to even look what direction they are walking. Puppy training at MPDT both meets the puppy where they are at without holding them back from what they are capable of. A good trainer should push your dog to do better without pushing them too far.

Celebrating 4 years with our Lily girl!

This Easter weekend marks 4 years since our gotcha day and we picked Lily up from JFK airport. We are still so grateful to @mtparklabradoodles for breeding such a chill and sweet pup that makes our family complete.

She knew we were her “people” from the first moment, right by our sides, super loving and loyal.

As I was getting into bed that first Easter night and we had only had her for 2 days, I spontaneously turned to her and said “I love you, Lily” for the very first time.

I remember it stopped me dead in my tracks, amazed at how genuine love could blossom so quickly and deeply for this sweet little pup I had just met. Reflecting now in the midst of so much division and war, I wish everyone everywhere might have this experience to know how quickly and easily love can spring forth! 🤗

Can I get a shout out from those of you who know and love our Lily girl like we do?

Thanks for all your kind messages, especially those who have asked how Henry is doing. He was a really sad fella for a few days, and wasn’t eating. But at one month later he’s come around and is back to his sweet, crazy self. He certainly misses Pilot Joe. We are giving him lots of extra love! ❤️
