FIX YOUR FASCIA👇🏽
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Ever felt stiff for days after a heavy session, while the muscles feel fine?

None of this means strength training is the problem. Lifting has clear benefits for muscle, bone, and metabolic health. The point is that it rarely asks fascia to do what it does best: absorb and store force across many directions, with spring and variety.

Fascia researchers suggest this tissue responds to small, consistent doses rather than big ones. Fascia-oriented work is usually suggested twice a week, with meaningful remodeling described over 6 to 24 months, so patience is part of the practice.

A simple place to start is to add one multidirectional movement to your warm-up, finish sessions with a few slow breaths and a gentle release, and use multi-dimensional cable and medicine ball exercises to stimulate the fascia.

The Quantum Biomechanics program builds this multidimensional approach into its foundation.

Train the web, not just the muscle, and a healthier body follows.

Almost two weeks later, and I’m still taking it all in.

The exhaustion has slowly given way to a lot of pride and gratitude for what we created at Copenhagen Health Week.

Building an event like this is a marathon. And one of the biggest challenges is balancing the ambition to grow and become commercially sustainable with protecting what made us start it in the first place. Those things don’t always pull in the same direction.

But then the doors open. The rooms fill up, conversations spark, people connect, discover, question, laugh and try new things. Experts share their knowledge, brands bring ideas to life, and suddenly it all makes sense again.

And for me, one of the absolute highlights is the community that has grown around Copenhagen Health Week. Seeing friends and familiar faces return, new connections being made, and people from so many different backgrounds coming together around a shared curiosity about health. There’s something really special about that.

Because this is what we wanted to create. A place where science meets curiosity, business meets purpose, and serious conversations sit alongside experiences that are simply fun.

And looking back, I genuinely think we created something pretty special this year.

The biggest shout out to our amazing team🙏🏻 @mille.thau @martinkremmer @mikkelsonne.breath @mads.storm.meincke

A huge, heartfelt thank you to our incredible speakers, facilitators, exhibitors, partners and every single person who came with an open mind and made it what it was.

Ever notice how a long day at a desk makes your whole body feel “off”? Your spine might be why.

Different traditions mapped it the same way. Yogic teaching stacks the energy centers along it, and TCM runs the Governing Vessel straight up its length.

Whether or not you take the energy language literally, the anatomy supports the idea of a central line: the spinal cord and nerve roots travel through it, and its fascia continues from the lower back into the neck.

Modern life asks very little of that line. Hours of sitting hold it in one shape, and a spine that rarely moves in every direction tends to guard.

Gentle qigong-style movement has shown benefits for chronic low back pain in several reviews, though results vary, so think of these practices as supportive rather than a cure.

What matters most is small and regular: a minute of spinal waves, some slow breathing, and light release beside the spine, done daily rather than occasionally.

The Quantum Biomechanics program builds spinal mobility and energy flow into its foundation. Open the highway and energy flow follows.
