An Energetic & Interactive Flavors and Syrups Workshop Renaissance College of Hotel Management hosted a highly energetic and interactive workshop by MTSR (Mathieu Teisseire) Beverage Solution for our students. The session introduced students to the exciting world of flavors and syrups used in the hospitality industry, with a special focus on creating innovative cocktails and mocktails. Through engaging demonstrations and hands-on learning, students explored flavor combinations, presentation techniques and current beverage trends, making the workshop a lively, practical and enriching industry experience.
