‘Hot Honey Rag’ @mtwithkp ❤️‍🔥 gorgeous choreo and such a push! A lot of reflection from this class as she was a TOUGH ONE like I said - a year ago I would’ve struggled so much mentally with this level of precision, content and style and wanted to give up for fear of looking ‘bad’ (what even is bad lol) but I am appreciating dancing so much recently and welcoming a challenge SO MUCH !!! DANCING IS GREAT and I’m so grateful I get to do it so much 🥹💘

My love for dancing is coming back 🥹💃🏼

Such a fun class @mtwithkp — thank you!

Definitely not perfect (and this was my third time through 😂), but honestly, I was just having the best time dancing - and that’s what it’s all about ✨

Easy Street! There is nothing quite like the feeling of finishing a long day with a kick-ass class with KP. Absolutely shattered, and grinning from ear to ear!

This week I have had the opportunity to take part in my final @frontandcentre.uk intensive week. This week is absolute magic! This week is full of not only super talented professionals but also kind loving and brilliant young people. Training to be in this industry is incredibly hard I think we can all agree but working with your biggest inspirations can put so much at ease. This week has given me so much more confidence and I am so ready for second year!
