Three little words can mean so much: RU OK? 💗

This week, we teamed up with NPHC to remind our campus that checking in can be simple, but meaningful. Sometimes it’s a conversation, sometimes it’s listening, and sometimes it’s just letting somebody know they don’t have to carry everything alone. 🫂

We talked, shared resources, spread awareness, and most importantly, started conversations that matter. 💜

Keep checking in. Keep showing up. Keep asking the question.

RU OK? 💗
