📍Mughli, Manchester

Ended up here on a recommendation whilst in Manchester 🐝 Here are our thoughts:

🐆Leopard roll - Simple concept (lamb seekh with chutney in a roti) that was very well executed 👌🏾
🧶Gol gappay - Expected nothing less than an explosion of flavours in the mouth, and that’s what we got 🔥
🍽️Sizzling mixed grill - A bit pricey for the portion size, but presented nicely and each component was marinated and cooked well
🍛Chicken Biryani - We were surprised by the quality of this biryani. The spices and flavours really came through and we really enjoyed it 😍
🥘Curries - No complaints about the Butter chicken and Tuk Tuk Karai Lamb. They did the job 👍🏽

Overall, decent option if looking for a south asian food on wimmy road 👏🏽

Ohhhh MYGOSH. Last night's tea from @mughli was a absolute taste sensation 🙏🏼 They've got so many vegan options, so we're working our way through the menu 😁
.
I could've made the bhaji romaal curry look more insta-appealing, I know, but I was in such a hurry to tuck in to it that I hastily scooped it out. It's such a creamy curry, which coats two of the biggest bhajis I've ever seen. Off-the-chain deliciousness.
.
The chaat (chickpeas) of the somasa chaat looked so so pretty when it came - pomegranate seeds and everything. Once again, impatient me turned it out into the bowl so it kinda looks like a purple mess, so apologies again 👀
.
And swipe to see the okra fries in all their glory - well fit 💚
