CURRENTLY ON ROTATION | A FACIALIST’S EDIT

As a facialist, I’m constantly discovering, testing and exploring new formulations. But only a select few earn a place in my treatment room and personal routine.

1. @muihood | Ginseng-infused cleansing balm for radiant skin and an evening moment of calm.
2. @oskiaskincare | Instant skin softening, exfoliation and luminosity.
3. @cellcosmet | My trusted favourite for clarity, refinement and radiance.
4. @evidensdebeaute | Cooling, soothing hydration for beautifully refreshed skin.
5. @cellcosmet | Targeted brightening for pigmentation and uneven skin tone.
6. @qmsmedicosmetics | Vitamin-rich nourishment for skin resilience and longevity.
7. @iraye.skincare | Lymphatic-focused eye care to awaken tired, puffy eyes.
8. @mimetique | Breathable mineral SPF 50 with no white cast.
9. @qmsmedicosmetics | SPF 50 with a seamless, skin-perfecting tint.

Which one has caught your eye?

it’s 8am, and it’s time to freshen up and get ready for the day 🧼

The most sustainable thing you can do with skincare is to use less. When I reduced the amount of skincare I used, I found I wasted less and my skin actually improved ✨

Let me know in the comments if your skincare has changed over the years!💌

Some of my fav products that I keep going back to:
- @muihood Tao Rice Essence
- @sweetbeeorganics Sacred Skin Face Oil (previous ad item)
- @byoma Barrier Repair Treatment

Another thing I love are refills, so good for reducing your plastic consumption!!! I loveeee @faithinnature_uk , they have such a good selection and my local refill shop sell them 🩵

Sometimes you come for the reflexology…
but it turns into so much more. 🤍

A little time to slow down.
A little space to talk.
A chance to be listened to without having to be anything for anyone else.

We chat, we laugh, sometimes we have a little cry — and all while your feet are being lovingly worked on. ✨

Because wellbeing isn’t always about doing more.
Sometimes it’s about stopping long enough to come back to yourself.

That’s the beauty of a reflexology treatment at Rand Holistics. 🌿

A few minutes of Gua Sha across the lower belly using a generous layer of Golden Hour can help move stagnant Qi and fluid, which is often behind pre-cycle bloat.

Shown by @muihood

The oil does more than help the tool glide.

Golden Hour is formulated with Camellia and Sea Buckthorn oils to support skin regeneration and elasticity, Jojoba to balance and protect, and Jasmine to calm, so the ritual works on your skin as much as your circulation.

On a serious note - I can’t even begin to explain the gratitude I have for my space, it’s all I have ever wanted and more

Thank you for making this possible - it’s your space too ♥️🥹🌙

Every month, millions of women reach for paracetamol, curl up with a hot water bottle and push through the pain. It has become so normalised that most of us do not even question it anymore.

But Charlotte Yau, Founder of @muihood, makes a compelling case that period pain is not something to simply manage. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, pain is a signal. It is the body’s way of saying something is stuck, something is cold, or something is depleted. And a practice that has been studying menstrual health for over 2,000 years has a lot to say about what that signal actually means.

This is one of those pieces that will genuinely change how you think about your cycle. Full article at the link in bio 🧡
