Change of Direction 👣

We are focusing moving feet in small spaces, changing direction, and stopping on the dime

We train to be able to do anything we can possibly think of on the court with no limitations and our work reflects that

Save these and add them into your next field workout💪🏾

As hoopers we dont play in 1 plane of motion so why train like it?

We lift to be optimal movers and be strong in vulnerable positions to protect ourselves from injuries.

The best hoopers are the best movers…

1. Reverse Lunge into a complete rotation to the other side 2x5 each side
2. Side Lunge into rotation facing the working leg 2x 6 each side
(Stay low)

Save this and add these into your next workout📶
