Giacomo Cavalli and Mukasa Kakonge anchor Polo Ralph Lauren’s new underwear campaign, shot by Björn Iooss. Cavalli, represented by Soul Artist Management in New York with representation across Paris, Milan, London, Barcelona, and Hamburg. Kakonge works through DNA Models in New York, New Madison in Paris and Milan, Why Not Model Management in London, Models 1 in Barcelona, View Management in Copenhagen, Unique Models in Hamburg, and Modelwerk. Iooss shoots without irony or fantasy. The lighting is direct, the bodies real, the fit everything. No pretense. Creative Director Scott Rudin, Fashion Editor Meryl Griffith, Senior Art Director David Oscroft, Hair Stylist Tiago Goya, and Makeup Artist Sara Tagaloa frame each piece as essential infrastructure. Polo Ralph Lauren expands into intimates as one of fashion’s most successful brands this year. Real loyalty builds when a brand understands what men want to wear when no one is watching.
