We’ve been providing commercial-grade Floor Mats and custom-built Recessed Grills for all industries… since 1979 🇨🇦

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

📢One of our recent jobs took us to @centennialcollege Progress Campus, where we completed a full retrofit of the entrance grill systems at both the North and South entrances.

👉This project went beyond our usual scope of supplying and installing entrance grills.

The work included preparing and repairing the existing floor beds, along with plumbing repairs to the drainage systems beneath them.

📍We then custom-built new roll-up entrance grills to fit both entrances, replacing the old systems with solutions designed to handle heavy foot traffic and allow for easier ongoing maintenance.

A little different from our typical projects, but a great opportunity for our team to take on the job from start to finish!

Go team @mul.t.mat!

WE ASKED THE TEAM TO LINE UP FOR A FRIDAY PHOTO… 😂

Apparently, only 15 of us got the memo.

Happy Friday from @mul.t.mat 😎

Staying connected goes beyond the networks we build! 🤝

Our Director of Sales, Karen Mathewson, joined local business leaders and Ontario ministers for a roundtable discussion in Innisfil. A great opportunity to listen, learn, and be part of conversations that matter to the business communities we serve.

Our clients, community partners, collaborators and team all play a part in the work we do across Sudbury, North Bay and Barrie.

We’re grateful to work alongside people and organizations who keep their communities moving forward.

💡🎙️When you’re a small business owner, you don’t always get a chance to sit across the table from government.

Yesterday @mul.t.mat 🇨🇦 attended a Mining & Energy Industry Roundtable, where we had open discussions with Hon. @andrea_khanjin, MPP for Barrie-Innisfil, as well as Hon. @slecce and @davidsmithmpp

I liked that it wasn’t just about policy and programmes. Businesses had the chance to ask questions, raise issues we’re experiencing on the ground, and bring up some of the roadblocks that can make it harder to grow.

👉The more we can have conversations about what’s working, what isn’t, and what can be done to move things forward, the better.

Thank you to @barriechamberofcommerce for the opportunity.

🚧 Today I got a little more dirt on my boots as our Chamber Board toured the new construction site of @ymcabarrie.

There’s a lot going into this project. It’s a 77,000-square-foot Centre being built right here in #SouthBarrie, with aquatics, fitness, spaces for kids, seniors, an accessible indoor playground, employment & immigrant services, and something that really caught my attention... 🤩 transitional housing for 12 young people.

There will also be health services through partnerships with @rvh_healthcentre, including cardiovascular and cancer rehabilitation.

Right now, it’s still concrete, steel and construction crews. But you can already get a pretty good idea of what this is going to bring to the community.

👉 There’s a great team behind the ideas, the planning and the build, with a real focus on what a community needs to thrive.

Definitely another piece of the 'sweet sauce' that makes Barrie the place I call home.

Crane’s Concrete & Cigars last night... yes, yes and yes!

While networking I really enjoy hearing everyone's thoughts on a project and learning all the facets that go into a new build or retrofit. There are so many specialized pieces that go in any overall build, and finding that there may be an opportunity for @mul.t.mat's entrance floor grills? Well, that's just the icing on the cake LOL

Thank you to the organizers and sponsors.. a good evening had by all 👏

🍂 Fall is the time to look back before winter arrives...

The right mats should be:
- Able to handle the high traffic flow.
- Placed where people actually enter.
- Designed to capture all moisture effectively, especially in Winter.
- Built to handle constant use during the seasons.

⚠️ Look around your facility... Check for short, misplaced, worn-out, or temporary mats that may not stand up to heavy winter traffic.

Prepare now... before winter repeats last season’s problems.
