To every woman stepping into a new week carrying a million things in her head and probably another five things in her hands…This is your reminder: you are the prize🔥🤍

Don’t shrink yourself to make life easier for everyone else! And…Don’t forget yourself while taking care of everyone else, it’s easier said than done but be intentional about it.

Go into this week knowing that whatever comes your way… work, motherhood, relationships, chaos, the school run…the unexpected stuff 😂 YOU are more than capable of meeting it🙏🏾🫶🏾

Head up…Shoulders back…LET’S GO!! 💨🫶🏾 Have a beautiful week, ladies xx

🛑✋🏾These disappeared faster than I could make them!🍌🍫👀 Choc Chip Banana Breakfast Bites 😋

The muffins I make when I want something that feels like a treat… but is actually made with oats, banana and a handful of simple ingredients. And the best part? My kids LOVE them, I love them. They work for breakfast, lunchboxes, after-school snacks… basically whenever someone says “I’m hungry😅

Soft, naturally sweet, chocolate-chippy and SO good! Great way to get my kiddies eating oats as they don’t like porridge.

👩🏾‍🍳 Ingredients:

🍌 2 ripe bananas
🥚 2 eggs
🥛 180ml milk
🍁 2 tbsp maple syrup
🌾 2 cups oats
🍫handful of chocolate chips
🌿 vanilla extract
✨ 1 tsp baking powder

👩🏾‍🍳 Method:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C

2️⃣ Mash the bananas in a bowl

3️⃣ Add the oats, milk, maple syrup, baking powder and vanilla and mix well

4️⃣ Whisk the eggs separately then add into the mixture and stir

5️⃣ Divide the mixture between muffin tray

6️⃣ Sprinkle chocolate chips on top

7️⃣ Bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly golden and cooked through

8️⃣ Let them cool slightly… then try not to eat one immediately😋

Storage: Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days

TIP: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and softer your muffins will be!

📌 SAVE this recipe for an easy breakfast or snack! SHARE this with a mum, dad, friend or anyone who needs an easy family-friendly recipe! Perfect for kids’ breakfast, lunchboxes, after-school snacks… or a little something with your coffee👌🏾

🎄Christmas has officially entered the chat… and I’m not mad about it! 🎁🎅🏾🎊

I had such a lovely day at the @cijgroup Christmas Press Show, getting a sneak peek at some of the toys, games and gifts that are set to be on Christmas lists this year. Some products are launching this week/next week BUT I’ve snapped some for inspo for you so check out the slides! 👌🏾

I’ve definitely left with plenty of Christmas inspiration… now the question is, when is too early to start Christmas shopping?😂👀
