Ahh I don’t usually post branded content because - hey- these little shoes are so lovely and @bgreatershoes are honestly doing a wonderful job at keeping these little tiny feet comfortable and natural. Plus they are a small, founder led business which I believe in this day and age deserves a big shout out and support!

Plus - this may help another parent find the right shoe for their bubbas!

Still figuring out what day it is…
Welcome to self-employed life 😅

I’m navigating a whole new rhythm — no office hours, no morning stand-ups, just me, my notebook, and a million tabs open in my brain.

Finding a routine is harder than I thought. But this week, I did the thing:

I finished my very first freebie!
It’s called “10 ChatGPT Prompts Every Mum Needs” and it’s designed to save you time, simplify your day, and help you feel a little more in control (even when you’re not).

This is your sneak peek - full download will be live on Sunday 👀

Comment: Prompts if you’d like to get early access!

Stay tuned, it’s so worth it.

I used to feel guilty every time I slowed down.
Like I was falling behind or not doing enough.
But I’m not a machine.
I’m a mum. A human. A woman rebuilding her life.

And sometimes, a book, quiet cup of coffee, or nice walk is exactly what I need to keep going.

If you needed this reminder too - double tap.

Day 9 of building my business and I’ll be honest, I’ve been feeling lost.

Redundancy has given me time… but with that comes pressure.
Pressure to get it right. To make money. To move faster.

I’ve spent a lot of time in my head this week.
Overthinking. Replanning. Rethinking everything.

But the truth is clarity doesn’t come from thinking.
It comes from doing.

So here’s what I’m focusing on right now:
- Finalising my freebie (10 ChatGPT prompts every busy mum needs)
- Building the sign up site
- Building my email list from zero
- Showing up daily, even if it’s messy

I don’t need to know exactly what I’m doing in 3 months.
I just need to know what I’m doing today.

If you’ve ever felt frozen in the unknown, I see you. One step at a time, that’s how we build.

This is my why.

After being made redundant, I realised I couldn’t do it anymore, the full-time grind, the lack of flexibility, building someone else’s dream.

So I’m building my own.

I want financial freedom.
I want to work from anywhere.
I want to buy a house.
I want to travel with my daughter.
I want the kind of life that once felt out of reach, because now, I believe it’s not.

This is why I started Mums Who AI.
And this is why I’m committing to it,
If you’ve ever felt this way too, follow along.

Day 4: @mumswhoai
Adjusting to a new rhythm will probably take some time, but today was still a win for me #mumswhoai #100daysto100k

Day 3: I’m doing!

I didn’t plan for this.
I didn’t necessarily feel ready but I wanted it. Probably manifested it into existence.

I am going to write my own next chapter.

Redundancy wasn’t the end, it was the push I didn’t know I needed.

So here I am: scared, excited, just like my toddler twirling into the unknown…
And betting on myself for the first time in a long time.

If you’ve ever thought “maybe this is my sign”, it is.
Let’s build the dream.
