Taste of Premium Korean Dining at @drimgold.sg
I recently had the chance to experience a Korean cuisine at DRIM Gold located at Resorts World Sentosa,and it was definitely a Korean dining experience with a luxurious touch.

One of the highlights was the Hanwoo, premium Korean beef making its debut in Singapore. 🥩 Known for its beautiful marbling, tender texture and rich flavour, the beef was incredibly juicy and satisfying. It’s the kind of ingredient where you really don’t need to do much to it, the quality speaks for itself.

We also tried the Jeju Black Pork, sourced from Jeju Island. It had a lovely natural marbling with a juicy, meaty texture and a deep savoury flavour. A great alternative for those who enjoy pork as much as beef!

For something more comforting, the Korean Beef & Vegetable Hot Pot (Eobok-jaengban) was a warm and hearty addition to the meal. Tender beef and fresh vegetables are gently simmered in a rich Korean broth, making it perfect for sharing.

And one of my favourites was the Scampi with Kimchi. Sweet, fresh scampi paired with the bold, tangy flavours of kimchi. The combination of delicate seafood sweetness and fermented savouriness made every bite really interesting.

To accompany the meal, we had Korean tea served warm for sharing, as well as an Earl Grey Highball for those who prefer something refreshing with their meal.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at DRIM Gold. The modern Korean-inspired setting gives the restaurant a sophisticated yet cosy feel, making it a lovely option for a special meal, celebration or simply when you’re in the mood to indulge in premium Korean flavours.
