Photobomb of my trip to The Netherlands this summer 🇳🇱☀️✨

Kinda forgot to make pictures, so yeah... 🙃

I lived in the netherlands for 15+ years and still I've been to Amsterdam more times these two weeks than in those 15 years combined 😆

I've done a lot and it was a lot of fun! Here are some highlights: I've went to Kokopelli to meet @kimruwamedicinewoman in person in ceremony ✨😌, I've gone to Amsterdam with friends and later with my grandparents for @landjuweel.festival, I've been to @whennaturecalls.center a few times (again for Kim), went to Zwolle to meet friends and to @paradisoadam for @transpodium, where I got to meet @elliokimusic and see many inspiring performances 💛✨

And for those two pics I felt photogenic okay?!? don't judge 😆

Last week we gave a sound healing concert in Glastonbury! ✨
We had a wonderful time, met beautiful souls and enjoyed crazy dances at @avalondanceodyssey 🇬🇧

Next destination Berlin, for @pangonia.gathering 🛸
We will host the open stage and guide a jam session! 🥳
Excited to create more music together with many amazing artists 💫

There comes a moment when a woman stops apologizing for who she is.

For her softness.
For her fire.
For her beauty.
For her voice.
For taking up space.

I believe every woman deserves to feel free to be fully herself - without shame, without guilt, without shrinking to make others comfortable.

And this is something I am still learning, too.
I still have moments when it feels uncomfortable to be fully seen.
Moments when old patterns of guilt, self-doubt, or the fear of being “too much” arise.
Moments when I catch myself wanting to hide parts of who I am.

But with every step of my inner work, I come closer to myself.
I am learning that I don’t have to apologize for my light.
I don’t have to make myself smaller.
I don’t have to feel guilty for feeling beautiful, confident, sensual, alive, or deeply connected to myself.

What makes this journey even more beautiful are the incredible women and men in my life.
The friends who remind me who I am when I forget.
The souls who celebrate my growth instead of feeling threatened by it.
The people who walk beside me as we each learn to take up space, trust ourselves, and live more authentically.

Together, we grow.
Together, we heal.
Together, we remember.

You are allowed to be radiant.
You are allowed to shine brightly.
You are allowed to feel pretty.
You are allowed to be sexy, playful, wild, soft, powerful, and fully alive.

The world doesn’t need less of you.

It needs the real you.

No shame.
No guilt.
No shrinking.

Just you - in your fullest expression.
