Honestly there has never been a better time to workout. Whether you are missing the gym or you haven’t intentionally made yourself sweat in a long time. With everything going on exercise is so important - not just for your body but keeping you mentally healthy and strong. Trust me -fitness changed my life and I know this all sounds super preachy and annoyingly Instagrammy (I hear it too) but it can really change your life if you commit to trying. You can do amazing things with your life if you just choose to commit and give it your best

Game to Train is intentionally designed to be a super fun workout programme to make you as like different video game characters as possible. And not just in how they move and what their strengths are, but also what kind of people they are too. (There are optional daily side quests to make you as Adventurer-like as you want - even if we’re stuck at home)

I’m kicking off with a small 2-week programme so that people can try it out and commit to two weeks before figuring out if they fancy a bigger challenge (that’ll be coming next!)
.
.
It’s 20-30 mins a day
No equipment needed
Super fun moves
And a community that is pretty special

Come be part of the GTT squad! If you’re not sure, just drop in, have a snoop around or check out last weeks live workouts on my Youtube page (@itsjuliahardy)

Then set your alarms for 8am Monday where we are gonna work out together 💪💪💪 You never know what your capable of doing until you commit to giving something a try. I promise this won’t be boring and I promise that you’ll feel so much more alive and well by the end of the two weeks or your money back!! (I mean it’s all free so technically I never take it away in the first place 😆 but if I was taking your money I would def offer it back as I am that sure that this programme works)

If there are any of the Alpha squad or the hardcore lockdown crew who read this and are happy to - be honest - tell people what you thought of the programme in the comments ❤️ #livefitnessworkout #livefitnessclass #geekfitness #nerdfitness #doyourbest #gametotrain #playeveryday #workhardtrainhard #functionalfitness #funfitness

Yay we both finished our games at the same time! Can't get more romantic for a gaming couple :P
I finished AC3 and he finished InJustice (which was free this weekend)
