✨ The Face Behind the Funk ✨

I’m Mandy—the owner, recipe tester, jar filler, shipping department, social media manager, and the person answering your DMs (with coffee in hand).

I’ve always loved how food brings people together. With Asian roots and a family that valued sharing meals, cooking has always been a way for me to connect with others and celebrate the people around me. My family has dedicated over 50 years to the restaurant industry, and while I love that world, I wanted to find my own way to share our family’s flavors—one that also allowed me to be present for my family, and Dragon Crunch has done just that ❤️‍🔥

Thank you for supporting local, shopping small, and making this dream possible. I truly wouldn’t be here without you.

So tell your friends, your family, your neighbor, your mailman… anyone who loves flavor- they deserve to know about the Funky Wonton 🌶️

And as always, Stay Funky ❤️‍🔥

Costa Rican Thanksgiving '25 - Part II - The Chill Half

After a 4ish hour drive from our Airbnb, we arrived at the Riu Guanacaste and settled in for a few days at the resort. The wildlife we stumbled upon was SO COOL.
Also, this reel is basically just a collection of Felix vibin to the music. 😂

Costa Rican Thanksgiving '25 - Part I - The Adventure Half

ILM>MIA>SJO
• 3 hour drive to our Airbnb near La Fortuna
• Visiting the local soda and following strangers into the woods to see a sloth 😬🫣😅
• Sloth tour & tortilla-making class
• A 10-hour tour to see the volcano, waterfall, and hot springs
And then on to the next half of the trip...

The seven month wait was absolutely worth it. 10/10 @cousinsitaliandeli

$40/person and too many courses to count.
