MR. CHAPU joins FABULAB.

Born in Orihuela, Alicante, Mr. Chapu has been connected to graffiti since the mid-1990s, developing a multidisciplinary practice that moves between muralism, graffiti and contemporary figurative art.

After graduating in Fine Arts, his work evolved from Wildstyle lettering and characters toward a more narrative approach to mural painting. His compositions combine color, fantasy and expressive imagery with themes connected to social reflection, personal experiences and the environments he encounters through his travels.

For Mr. Chapu, the street remains a space for freedom, experimentation and communication — a place where each wall can become a new story.

We’re excited to welcome MR. CHAPU to FABULAB.

We’re proud to introduce @aryonakabest , an urban artist from Murcia whose journey is deeply rooted in graffiti culture and has evolved into a distinctive visual language of his own.

His work combines the energy and spontaneity of the street with a constant exploration of new forms, compositions, and graphic resources, while always keeping a clear connection to his roots within the urban movement.

Over the years, BEST has built a recognizable identity, understanding the wall not simply as a surface, but as a space for experimentation, evolution, and the continuous development of his artistic language.

At Murality, we also want to get closer to the people who are part of this culture, understand their creative processes, and give space to the different voices shaping today’s urban art scene.

Coming soon, we’ll take a closer look at his story, his vision, and his way of understanding graffiti and urban art.

We’re proud to present @conse.arts , a Barcelona-based artist whose practice has evolved from graffiti into a distinctive language within contemporary muralism.

His work combines figurative painting, realism, abstraction and expressive gesture, creating compositions where technical precision coexists with more instinctive and fragmented forms.

Through faces, bodies and symbolic elements, CONSE explores the human condition, identity and emotion, developing a visual universe that moves naturally between the street and the studio.

With works across Europe, the United States and Australia, his trajectory reflects a constant search for new ways of approaching large-scale painting while remaining connected to his roots in graffiti.

We’re very happy to have CONSE joining FABULAB.

We’re proud to welcome @turkesart to FABULAB. ✨

With more than two decades connected to urban art, Turkesa is a multidisciplinary artist whose work moves between muralism, graffiti, illustration, painting and tattooing.

Originally from Zaragoza and currently based in Barcelona, she has developed a distinctive visual language rooted in figurative art, where female figures, natural elements and symbolic imagery come together through a careful balance of delicacy, strength and emotion.

Her work combines precise drawing with a deeply pictorial approach, adapting naturally from the intimacy of tattooing and studio work to large-scale architectural surfaces. Influences from Japanese visual culture, traditional painting and contemporary illustration can also be traced throughout her practice.

We’re proud to have an artist with such a broad and consistent trajectory joining this edition of FABULAB.

Welcome to FABULAB, Turkesa 🖤

**5 days left until the FABULAB Open Call closes. 🌱**

As we approach the final days of the call, we want to highlight one of the principles at the core of FABULAB: **sustainability.**

Sustainability is not an add-on. It is at the heart of everything we do.

At FABULAB, we believe public art has the power to transform places, but with that power comes responsibility. Every mural should leave a positive impact—not only on the wall, but also on the people, the community, and the environment that surrounds it.

From reducing waste and making responsible production choices to prioritizing long-lasting, **photocatalytic paints** whenever possible, sustainability is integrated into every stage of the festival.

But for us, sustainability goes beyond environmental practices. It also means respecting the identity of each place, collaborating with local communities, supporting artists through fair and professional working conditions, and creating projects that generate lasting cultural value.

Because the greatest legacy of public art is not simply what it adds to a wall, but what it leaves behind for the people who live around it.

**Creating art. Strengthening communities. Building a more sustainable future.**
