and that’s chicago!

im incredibly late, but it was spectacular to be a part of this production. thank you, chicago, for reigniting my love for musical theatre. for the chance to dance on stage again. and for the amazing opportunity of understudying as roxie hart. i learned so much about my capabilities as an actor through this show, and i’ll always cherish the memories and lessons that came from it. thank you to everyone involved for all the effort put into this musical, it was unforgettable. ❤️🖤

How do I summarize some of the best years of my life?

Thank you to this beautiful school and its amazing people. I’ve grown so much as an artist, as a creative and as a human being at this school. Thank you for pushing me to my absolute limits. Thank you for showing me new ways to approach and appreciate art. Thank you for cultivating an environment of discovery and exploration. Ever since I was kid I’ve wanted to pursue the arts and this school has helped me make that dream a reality.

I’m in pursuit of greatness, in the arts and storytelling. I want to be one of the greats and I will fight tooth and nail to get there. Thank you for every artist, big or small, dead or alive, who has inspired me to strive for greatness.

I hope to see you all at the movies 🫡

Even though the pictures just doesn’t do the show justice. Finally a post for this GEM of a show. Being casted in this production was a HUGE eye opener for me in many ways. It brought me back to my core. Watching,learning and experiencing the cast and the creative team - I’ve gained so much from them. Couldn’t have asked to be apart of a better production. NYC part 3 - & company!

this trip wouldn't have been the trip it was without the company of these folks - my senior class. we certainly have been through a lot, haven't we? it's almost over but let it be known and said that i wouldn't have wanted this trip any other way. you guys are a powerhouse of fun and have all bonded with me in a way so unique that i fear you may be a part of my heart forever. where ever life takes you, don't forget about me, okay? ❤️

This post is long overdue but let’s blame it on the JAM PACKED semester and not my actual laziness lol

Anyways, participating in this production has been the most incredible privilege in my college experience. It gave me new experiences with valuable memories I will forever cherish. I’m so happy to have been able to take on the challenge of a Fosse dance show and expand my performance skills in his unique style of dance.

Fun aside, diving into the character that is Katalin Helinski is an educational experience to remember. Thank you @mattybuff for trusting me in stepping into the shoes of an innocent immigrant who came to the country in hopes of a promising future, only to be given the fate to execution. It has been a challenging yet touching experience. Coming from an immigrant family myself, I hope to have touched those who left to come here under inflexible circumstances.

I can’t thank every single person that was involved in this enough for everything.
Y’all are the best.

I am beyond grateful to have been a part of this incredible journey, surrounded by an exceptional cast and team who helped bring the iconic world of Chicago to life.

I had been indifferent toward musicals way before doing my first spoken English play, but actually stepping into a musical for the first time has been an eye-opening experience. The process of diving into the history, artistry, and research, while perfecting the singing and embodying the character of the criminal lawyer Billy Flynn, was both a challenge and an immensely rewarding experience. Witnessing it all come to life on stage has been truly fulfilling (also knowing that there was still a whole world left to be discovered of that character, and sadly I only got to grasp the surface, but nothing ever stays).

A heartfelt thank you to my friends, director, and everyone who supported me along the way. And to all the beautiful friends I made throughout the process.

i seriously couldn’t do it alone with this stellar cast and amazing director @mattybuff and choreographed by The @namino28 and musically directed by “my own best friend” @jeffhess44 . This was an experience i would never take away and i’ve learned so much from everyone. I have so much love for this show and miss Velma Kelly. I truly believe theater brings people together. I’m grateful for the support I have and for all the people that came to watch the show or wanted to. All your kind messages mean the world. Thank you & God bless you. 💋

Hypochondria normally develops in adulthood. Characterized in an obsession with the idea of having a serious but undiagnosed medical condition. People who have this disorder may often ask for medical tests they don’t need, medication they don’t need and have a severe distrust of their doctors.
