Giving thanks for all the memories we’ve made over the years. Things have been quiet for Axiom as of late, but I feel that it’s better to maintain the quality of event that we’ve strived for rather than allow ourselves to move backwards at all.

Unfortunately we lost a pillar in the community this year, Mark and @cardioid.bass.systems set the standard for Axiom in San Diego and he’ll be dearly missed. Massive respect to everything he contributed to this world, his impact was immense. 🔊🔊🔊

There are things in the works for us, but it is still unclear what the future holds. We are grateful for the love and support we’ve received thus far from the community, and we look forward to continuing to give back as much as we can.

Every Single one of you are amazing, and we will always be grateful for your continued support 🖤

Our last and final performance of Sub Zero will be dedicated to Mark Johnston. Mark contributed his time and efforts to bettering the San Diego sound system community, providing his incredible gear, audio engineering expertise, time and labor to many of the dance music promoters around San Diego County.

Mark was a long time supporter of the show, and consistently supported us as well many of our friends and fellow DJ’s in the best way possible. By being there. He was a best friend to many, and all around stand-up person that wanted to help the people he loved.

Mark, we miss you dearly. ❤️

Here we are, in a spot we never thought we’d be. Mark was one of the driving forces behind this movement. To create a place with a shared love and passion, and pushing artists who are in this for the same reasons we are — to promote good fuckin people and good fuckin music.

We think all of us got sick of our friends feeling unsafe, witnessing predatory behavior and self-centered attitudes. We love this shit. Our lives surround this. So we wanted to create a space that’s about the music and people. Mark had a burning passion for this thing we are all so deeply connected to and wanted to share that passion with others.

It didn’t feel right to let this dream wither away. We have a shared passion, so it’s with heavy hearts and tears in our eyes we’re running it back with a slightly different lineup. This time, in collaboration with @psychokittiesproductions ! Mark was a huge part in curating this line up; it’s all people we fuck with heavily. Some really talented artists. We also have the homie @_skwiggle_ bringing out some crts and running visuals.

Thank you to everyone who wants to be a part of this. Join us for a day of music in remembrance of one of the raddest people we all have known. We fucking love you mark. @murkshot @cardioid.bass.systems
