Gagago & NGL pulled up to #CelebrateSouthlake and had an absolute blast!💥

There were tons on knockouts, prizes and new competitors that came and gave our GGG college athletes a run for their money!🤾‍♂️🔥

Huge thanks to @visitsouthlake and our GGG
Influencers Kali, Jey and Murph for an unforgettable production!

Over the past few weeks, I have reflected on the summer and I am constantly reminded how thankful I am. Every single day I pulled up to an incredibly crowded gym full of like-minded people with one goal in mind: to be the best. We hit a PR attendance of 133 ATHLETES this summer and showed everyone why this gym is the best in Texas. The culture and results of this gym show for themselves and it’s all because we have the hardest working athletes in the country.

Thank you all for another incredible summer.
This gym is nothing without y’all!

Output is the engine. Sequencing is the tune.

Developing elite level PWR has a timeline. Acquiring a skill does not.

Moral of the story - The longer you wait to turn your body into a race car the further behind you will get.

Each of these guys top their fastball between 94mph and 97mph and it’s no coincidence.

They sequence well and produce extreme amounts of force.

If you want people to surround the field when they see you on the mound it starts by building big ass engine.

Without one you’ll see your career end in high school.
